+ -1 moreThey came out and gave us the night time demo. Do not buy lights from anyone who is not willing to offer this. There are many different types of lighting options and you need to able to see how each one works in your own surroundings. It depends what you what to highlight and whether or not if you want the lights to shoot up or down. Maiko gave us different options to look out and we saw how each type worked with our landscaping. They called the utility companies so they could mark their lines. Once this was done, we had beautiful lights about a week to 10 days after our demo. During the installation, they did run into some sprinkler heads, but they repaired them before they left. They ran the entire sprinkler system to make sure there were no other problems., We are very happy with the end result. We built this home last fall and immediately put in a pool. Landscaping was next. We finally added the lights and it was like the icing on the cake! If outdoor lighting is in your budget, I highly recommend it. Don't put in the lights you see at a home improvement store. Wait until you can get nice, quality lights. If I was to do this again, I wouldn't do anything different. I would use The Perfect Light again!
Description of Work: installed landscape lights in the front and back yard, They came out and gave us a night time demonstration which was great. We already had a few lights and they were able to use those and move them to different areas of the backyard. Although a bit higher than another bid we got, we felt that it was worth the extra to go with a company that has been in business a long time. The yard looks fantastic! it's amazing how dramatic our entrance looks and how our backyard looks like a resort! well worth the money!

Description of Work: I set up an appt to have repair work on outdoor landscaping and scheduled three dates for which service tech was a no show. On first two no shows I called Perfect Light and was told they ran out of time and could not get to me and both times they apologized for not calling me to let me know. The 3rd time, I received a call to tell me tech could not make it out (ran out of time). 4th 'scheduled' trip, tech made it out. I told him about one of the cone type fixtures not working. he said the bulb was loose. I told him that we replaced the bulb a number of times and tightened but won't stay on. he assured me that his tighening of the bulb fixed it. It didn't it. So I had to call the Perfect Light yet again to have a tech come out and look it. Scheduled two dates -- NO SHOWs without any phone call to me to let me know. I called Debbie -- Manager -- and she ASSURED me that someone would be out last Thursday. Nope.... I called Friday and was told that they really can't schedule appts as the procedure is for the technician to call an hour before or the day before. Needless to say it has been over a month and my landscaping light is not yet fixed. I will NEVER use this company again. Very unprofessional staff. With each 'scheduled' appt, I had to make arrangements to secure my pet. The company knew this but obviously didn't care to consistently be a no show. What really upset me was they knew in advance and never bothered to call me. The mgr (Debbie) even apologized for not calling me sooner. She said it was an oversight. I can understand this the first time but 4 other times???? Don't waste your time... Call another landscaping company or a certified electrician if you need any repair on your outdoor landscaping.
