It went great until we got to our destination. He came across as very professional. BUT, Once we got to our new home, we discovered he left a dolly under our huge wine refrigerator which cause a huge crack in the side. He also did not properly load pool table slates that were prepared ahead of time for a cross country move. He laid them down instead of standing them up cause one to completely break in half. He assured me when I hired him he had insurance and we signed a contract that did not state a timeline of damage notification. Now he says I only had 3 days to notify him when he knew the move would be over a week. All I want is the insurance information to file a claim which he is refusing to give. Too bad this site doesn't allow photos. Get his insurance ahead of time.

Nate and his crew did great. They were very kind and respectful of me an my property. All of my items arrived safely to my new home. I couldn’t of asked for a better move!
