We visited the pool companies that want you to pick a shape from their selection and then choose a number of options but we wanted a pool that no one else had. When we saw our dream pool in that beautiful color drawing we were absolutely blown away. You had listened to everything we had said and then applied your own design skills to take our ideas further. Your design was completely unique and tailored to our backyard shape. The difference in settling for something close and getting your dream pool was significant to us. I know now that we made the right decision. Greg and his crews were clearly experts and craftsmen. Our pool and backyard landscape is the most beautiful in the neighborhood.

They performed the job on time. Stayed in touch and provided great after installation service. Very pleased.

We tried several times to make an appointment for a sales consultant to come out and give us a quote on a pool, covered area and outdoor kitchen. We liked that the company had a reputation for quality workmanship. In the process of trying to get a sales appointment, we had two discussions with the Office Manager late in the first week (after no call back all week). We then submitted an email via their online sales form over the weekend and the following week we placed a third follow-up call to the Office Manager who indicated that our assigned designer had been on vacation and must still be busy now that she had returned. She apologized and ensured we would get a call back to my cell number right away...three more business days pass with no call back. We then sent emails to the two owners. A few days later I received a phone call from a very apologetic designer that wanted to make things right. But I told her that by then we had given up on Marquise and decided to look elsewhere for someone to help us create a quality outdoor space. We do not think the customer should have to chase a company for two plus weeks to buy a $100K pool from them. It also sends the wrong message as to how the pool building process might progress. I give them a "D" for responsiveness since they will answer the phone at the office, even if you can't get a designer or salesperson to call back or come out after that without sending emails to the owners.

I was looking at a house to buy that had a pool. I called to get information and cost on resurfacing the pool. Very helpful and informative. Unfortunately I did not get the home, but because of the helpfulness of Marquise Pools I will give them a call on the house I do purchase.

Chris was recommended highly by a friend whose pool and yard he did. I e-mailed him and waited several weeks for a reply. Then I called the office and some lady there tried to cover for him and apparently got him to finally respond to me. He came out and was delightfully creative, with big plans for our yard. We were delighted since in our case price basically didn't mater, we just wanted a pool and a nice back yard for entertaining. He measured and did a few sketches and said he'd send some plans in a few days. Weeks later he has not yet responded to multiple e-mails and phone calls. We finally gave up on him!

Very professional.Polly ,who is the design consultant came to the house and listened carefully to what we wanted.She came back with a very nice plan that we fell in love with.And at a great price.We signed the contract and the construction started as soon as we got funded. Everyone from Greg to all the subcontractors were very professional.Work proceded always on time.There was always open communication.The whole job took less than 90 days.We are so happy with the end result.We would definitely use Marquise in the future and highly recommend this company.

She came to my office last week and she is currently making some changes on the pool so we can submit it to our homeowners association. We contacted several pool companies and we were very impressed with the plan that she came back with. She seemed to listen so we decided to go with Marquise. We really like them.

The process of building a pool from beginning to end was great. Whenever we have had questions since the pool has been completed they are always prompt in returning our calls our even sending one of the staff out to speak with us directly. We would recommend Marquise they really make the whole process of building a pool stress free.

Marquise Pools did a great job with the resurfacing of my pool. The men were very professional and spent two days inside the pool getting everything looking great again. The work was done in a very efficient manner and if we need any type of pool repair, in the future we will certainly call them again.
