Description of Work: Repaired front porch, replaced gutter drain lines. |A quick and professional job repairing the porch including removing debris. Used ditch witch to bury drain lines and ran them under the house in the front to remove them from sight. Very pleased with the work and will use them in the near future to level the house.

+ 0 moreWe called them out after discovering water coming through the ceiling from an upstairs bathroom. They were contracted to do the remediation and then later to do the restoration. They agreed to do the work based off to the approved insurance amount. They billed us for work that they did not begin as well as work they did not complete. I can not comment further because they are actually suing me and threatening to put a lean on my house.
Description of Work: I called Total Restoration after my son discovered water dripping from the ceiling on our kitchen table. After briefly investigating the problem, we discovered we had a water problem that had caused damage in 6/7 areas.

+ 6 moreCould not have been more satisified with the work that was done - workers were punctional/professional, estimate was comprehensive/accurate, and work was completed on time. Our work was managed by Wade Bowles who was a pleasure to work with.
Description of Work: Contracted with Magnolia Total Restoration to do repairs from damages caused by a large tree which fell onto our home. Work included repairs to the roof, plumbing, siding, gutters, fencing, interior walls, insulation and water heater.
