+ -1 moreTom was very professional and extremely knowledgable. He took the time to walk us thru the inspection allowing us to ask any questions. He was very thorough and informative. This was money very well spent and the detail and professionalism of his report allowed me to save $2000 at closing.

Description of Work: Inspected a 3906 sq. foot home in Spring. Very complete and prompt work. After inspection emailed report with photos. A pleasure to work with and have explain issues with home. Returns phone calls promptly. Lived in Spring for 30 years.
