 + -1 moreRepairman arrived promptly as scheduled and was efficient in determining problem with our heater.
Description of Work: Checked heater/gas line to heater to determine why our heater was not coming on. Discovered that gas flow rate was too low to fire the starter and directed us to the gas company who then fixed the problem.

Description of Work: Had upstairs A/C replaced by big name local advertiser. Wasn't that impressed with their work. Had Long replace downstairs A/C. Wow the difference was amazing. The workmanship of Long in my attic is worlds better than the big spender advertiser. Which I had used Long for the upstairs unit. They were less expensive too (which probably explains all the local advertising the poor craftsmanship outfit does).

 + -1 moreHowever, they would not work on my window AC - too small a job and too much money involved. Nobody I contacted would work on a window AC. You have to buy a new one.

 + -1 moreGreat experience all courteous men, protected the home we had a and quot;littleand quot; wrinkle --- one of the tech's put his foot through the ceiling but that was fixed and you can not tell where this happened. Very nice respectful crew.

The appointment was scheduled, and everything was done, just as promised. The technician who performed the work was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: A/C went out late in day. Called another big company and they said they couldn't come out until two days later. Called Long's around 9 PM, they said they could come out that night. Was here by 10, had it fixed in 30 minutes. Fantastic service! We also use Long's for the semi annual HVAC check ups. They keep our systems tuned and running at minimal cost. Very pleased with all they've done for us.

 + -1 moreExcellent service from Colby Long and the installation crew. The quality of the work was excellent. I had used another provider that spends a lot of money on advertising and was unhappy with their work. In comparison, Long was less expensive and the quality of the work was much better. Wish I had used Long the first time around.
