Brin was able to schedule service the same day and gave me a 2 hour window. He arrived early and was very professional. Replaced the broken spring and lubricated the door tracks. Great work and service

The torsion spring on my garage door broke the night before rendering my garage door unusable. I found Integrity on Angie's List the next morning and called them up. Brin gave me a quote and was able to come within an hour and repair the spring. He was very polite and i felt confident that he knew what he was doing. Come to find out the door needed two springs even though it originally only had one. He explained the safety factor and performed the repair with 2 new torsion springs. He also suggested replacing the metal door wheels with improved nylon coated wheels that would greatly cut down on the noise when the door opened and closed. He even readjusted the door and repaired some parts that were not originally attached properly. The door runs very smoothly and quietly now. I can't hear it opening any more when someone comes home. I never knew it could run so well and quietly! I would definitely use Integrity again and I'm recommending them to all my friends and family.

Integrity came out to my house, looked at my destroyed garage door, and gave my wife a bid. I did not price shop them, but accepted the proposal. The service man came out when promised and did a first rate job. They installed a sturdier door than was originally installed with all new hardware, rails, etc. and repaired my electric garage door opener at no extra charge. I would unconditionally recommend Integrity for garage door work. Angie's List has not let me down yet.

Woke up to find the main spring on my garage door had broke rendering the door unusable. I called Integrity who said they could be out within the next 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours. They arrived within 2 hours and replaced the spring. The job was done quickly and professionally. I would defiantly use Integrity Door Services again and recommend them to others.

The gentleman (Brin) showed up early even though I made the appointment at the last minute. He matched another price I told him about. He performed the work in a timely manner, answered my questions and was professional. I will use him again if the need arises and definitely recommend him to others.

I called and received an estimate on the phone. We set up an appointment for later that day - between 1pm - 3pm. The owner, Brin, showed up at 1:30pm. He inspected the garage door, tracks, etc. and said that he would be able to fix it for $80 and it would take him a little over an hour to complete. Brin did an excellent job repairing my garage door!!! Great customer service and workmanship!! My garage door has not operated this good or sounded so quite since we bought the house in 1999. I highly recommend Integrity Door Services for garage door repairs and new door installation.
