The garage door rolls so much quieter and easier now. The tech was very polite and respectful. He was on time and cleaned up after himself thoroughly. I will definitely call them in the future for any garage door needs!

It went great. What a pleasant experience. I got a call back on the same day I left a message which was on a Sunday. They showed up on time and were very professional. My garage door squeaked and rattled and sounded terrible. They changed the rollers and it sounds great now; no rattle. They also did the regular maintenance. When we got the garage door about a year and a half ago the glass panels were put on the second row down. I wanted them on the top row for safety reasons and they were able to do that without taking the whole door down. They even apologized for having to charge me me more for the labor. The electric door lock had a short in it and they pulled it out and fixed it. The light had not worked since it was put in and they fixed that too. I thought the price was very reasonable. It included the coupon. I am a happy camper now and would highly recommend them. Everything was picked up and cleaned up when they were through. Thank you!

They were very accomodating to my work schedule and showed up right on time on the scheduled day. Found the loud squeaking, grinding noise in my garage door and fixed it perfectly ... even went above and beyond by bracing a part where the company that installed the garage door had cracked the wood they screwed the plate into. All work and costs were explained to me prior to any work being done. Very nice people to work with -- would definitely call them again!!

I've been battling with my garage door for years. Okay, seven. I purchased an Amazon Local deal for a check-up and adjustment and thought they could give me a ball-park figure for fixing seven years of hassle. In twenty minutes (maybe less), they diagnosed my problem, made adjustments, cleaned and lubed my system and sold me some new track wheels (for $80). Oh, and threw in a free faceplate for the wall opener, since mine was glitchy. Before they left they told me how to care for the system and warned me the tension spring could go at any point. I'm almost hoping the thing goes out so they can fix my system again. I am more than pleased with their service, their professionalism and their business ethics. I felt like I was in Iowa again, trusting people implicitly. It's a good feeling. Thank you, Lake Woodlands Garage...y'all are amazing. Before I forget, since we're all in Texas and paranoid, maybe a decal or magnet for your car so the homeowners know who y'all are when you show?

My garage was working, but was making more noise and appeared to be working harder than I thought it should. Using Angie's List, I found Lake Woodlands Garage Door and I'm glad I did. Not only were Brin and Scott professional, courteous, and efficient, they took the time to show me and explain the problem with my garage door and how it would be fixed. Now my garage door is much quieter and operates with ease.

Now that everything works well and quietly, Brin gave tips on keeping it that way. Oh, and no one would ever know they had been here they left their work area so clean . . . the only clue is a garage door that is poetry in motion!

First, garage door broke today (Sunday). It was stuck in up position with right side cable off spring and one roller off the guide. (Found this provider via Angie's who had good reviews and repair service deal ($39) for service/repair. Bought the deal and instead of waiting for normal call back on purchased deals, called and left voice message on problem. I was called back within the hour. I explained the situation and they were on sight within 2 hours. I opted to go with new rollers and hinges. The purchased "deal" covered the service call and labor. My additional cost was only the opted in additional parts. (Which were needed. It was convenient and frugal to get these done with the repair call.) Service was completed today (Sunday - same day)! Repair technician was prompt, courteous, professional. Worked quickly and carefully explained the issues, etc. Very, very pleased with this service!! I would use them again and plan to use them at a later date to install a garage door opener. Also, the "deal" save me a fair amount of $$ today.

I feel I was charged a very fair price for those parts. I most likely call them again this spring when I replace my cheap garage door.

Two men arrived exactly on time at 0800. Work completed by 0900. Friendly and knowledgeable. Would use again.

Called late Wednesday evening (approximately 8:30 P.M.) to schedule service. Expected to leave a voice message but Brin answered the phone. Explained I needed service on a garage door that had been installed prior to removal of a stone floor in the garage and no longer dropped all the way to the garage floor. Brin said he would meet me at the house between 1:00 P.M. and 2:00 P.M. Friday afternoon. Brin arrived approximately 1:30 P.M, explained the work that needed to be done, and quoted a price. I agreed and asked when he could get to the necessary work. Brin answered he was prepared to perform services immediately. He went right to work rather than waiting for his helper to arrive. He practically finished the job before his helper arrived. He dropped the entire garage door rack, door, and opener by approximately 3.5 inches, lubricated all the joints, made sure the door was level, tightened the tension spring, adjusted the opener, and tested to insure everything worked properly. The job was finished in approximately two hours. I will definitely use Brin and Lake Woodlands Garage Door in the future!

I wish every service provider could be like this firm. I called at 8:15am with a request for service advising my car was stuck in the garage with the door halfway down. They were at my house in 20 minutes and had me off to work by 9:30. Brin knew exactly what the problem was, how to fix it, and didn't suggest additional unnecessary services. It's a pleasure to do business with them.

Arrived the morning after I requested service. Discussed and explained in detail the parts that needed to be replaced. and costs involved. Replaced broken cable and replaced plastic parts with good quality metal parts. My garage door now opens and closes, which provides security. Thank you. Very nice and professional.

Brin was punctual, got right to work, explained all options, and advised me what I needed. I purchased two new remotes, and am very pleased with my working garage doors. He also showed me where to lubricate the doors and told me how often. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Brin (spelled correctly) came to the rescue when my garage door springs broke. He arrived within two hours and quickly replaced the springs. Despite my predicament, he provided a standard, fair rate and didn't gouge me. I would highly recommend Brin. He will take care of you. I found him trustworthy enough to work on the inside of my house.

Excellent company to do business with. I was contacted the same day I purchased the "Big Deal" on Angie's List and Brin was here the next morning. I purchased the deal as I knew I needed the adjustment and new rollers... the old ones were literally falling off and wouldn't stay in the track. The door wouldn't stay open any longer due to the weakened springs so Brin explained my options of adjusting the existing springs and replacing them at a later date or replacing them now. I chose to replace the springs - considering it preventative maintenance. And, although the initial work was performed under a "Big Deal" coupon the additional work was not "up-charged". The door now works like it should.... and BONUS: The door now operates smoother than it ever has and is so much quieter with no more popping sounds as it opens!! One more thing, Brin made time after he completed my work to take a look at my neighbor's garage door as well. I highly recommend this company.

After putting in the order on Angies's list, I received a phone call from the provider (Brin) in 5 minutes. He said that the emails come directly to his phone and so he called. I was amazed at the very fast response. He scheduled an inspection for the following Monday for me. On Monday, he called and said if I was free, he could come and inspect my problem.. I agreed. He said he could be at my home in 15 minutes (it took 14 minutes exactly:WOW) He inspected and diagnosed my problem in 5 minutes. He gave me a very reasonable price and completed the job in enough time for me to still get to work on time. Our garage works and sounds a lot quieter. Brin came the same day I called and completed the work quickly and cleanly. He quoted a very reasonable price and did not try to upwell me. I would call this company (also known as Integrity Door Services) without hesitation.

I left a message for Brin on a Saturday afternoon figuring that I wouldn't have an appointment until the following week. Brin called me back within 30 minutes and offered to come over within an hour. A little over 30 minutes later he was at my house. As the issue was only a GFCI outlet that needed to be reset, Brin offered to perform a tuneup on the door for the same price as he would have charged me for the GFCI fix, and even discounted that by $20. He tightened springs and lubricated the entire mechinism, and was done very quickly. I also gave me some great advice on maintaining the door. All in all, I can't tell you how impressed I was with the service, and will surely call on him again.

Brin gave me an estimate over the phone, very reasonable, as well as a 2 hour window, 11 to 1, when he would be there. I asked that he call me before he went to the home as I wanted to be there. It was a rental property. 20 minutes before 11 he called. I met him there and he performed the work as we discused at the price we discussed. He did a few other adjustrments on his own at no charge, just because it looks better and will run better in the long run. On time, on estimate and everything works great. Perfect..
