Alex was professional and discussed various options and pricing. They did an attic install on a Rheem Magnum heater with a lifetime warranty against leaking. Installation was handled in the timeframe promised with work and cleanup well done.

No complaints. Professional. No pressure. Manny and Devin knew their business. I truly liked the fact information sent ahead of time, along with photo of technician. Yes, I will ask specifically for these two should the need arise again concerning plumbing issues.

We had a toilet and a tank together and the tank broke. We got a new tank and they charged me that to come and replace the tank. The guy didn't even notice it was the wrong tank and it was tipping and we had water everywhere. So I called their service manager after we got it fixed and he said I should have called them and they would have come out and fixed it, but I didn't want them sending the same dumb guy that didn't know what he was doing to fix it. Do not hire these idiots, they do not know what they are doing. They could have trained the guy properly to start with because when I called he was no longer with them. Their price is an F because I got another company to come out and do it for $75 and they said that was the standard price. No, I would not use this provider again in the future.

They were a little bit high that's why we didn't use them. It wasn't an emergency. They were knowledgeable.

I have to say this was the most pleasant plumbing experience (except for the smell in my pipes - lol) that I have EVER had! Not only did JD Precision Plumbing get me on their schedule and come right out - but their Plumber, Ben Dawson was awesome!!! His explanation of everything was very professional - never making me feel like the plumbing dummy that I really am! He answered my questions and got my drains and pipes back to optimum levels! I will NEVER use any other Plumbing Company again! JD Precision Plumbing Services now has a lifetime customer!

My husband and I were very happy with JD! Very punctual, honest and I felt comfortable with them being here while my husband was at work. I just wish they were a bit more affordable, but I'd rather spend a bit more for the quality work you get with JD.

It could not have went better. Ben is the name of the service technician that came out and after looking at what we had and the issue we were having he suggested that we replace our old outdated and small unit. He is so knowledgeable about these water softners. He picked one up and replaced it. He is a very nice young man and know what he is doing. I would highly recommend this company/Ben. We will calling them soon to replace our tankless water heater.

Showed up on time! Very professional and courteous. Did a good job and took care with my house. Obtaining an estimate was easy and so was scheduling to get the job done.

They did the work necessary. The only thing that I didn't like was this foam stuff they sprayed on the outside of the brick to close off the hole in the brick that they had to make to fix the leak. It's kind of unsightly but since its on a back yard spigot I guess its ok.

The technician came the day after I called and the work was finished before the end of the week. He went out of his way to answer questions and do the job in a professional way. Great job!

They were great! Called last night and left a message. Got a call this morning and had appointment for 3-5pm. Keno called at 2 and said he was available and came right out. Very nice young man. Personable and professional. I will ask for him specifically next time I have need of a plumber. He spent about an hour here, checked out the situation, got his tools and went to work. Turns out both the A/C drain and the overflow drain were clogged with algae. He even took the time to show my son how he fixed it and what to do to keep it from happening again. Super!! Glad for the discount as the price was originally 225.00! Keno gave me an extra discount when I was shocked at the price. :-)

I called a technician to my home to provide an estimate for replacing two 20 year old water heaters that had begun to leak in my garage. JD Precision's estimate beat a competitor's estimate, and the JD technician appeared to be more courteous and professional, so I decided to move forward with the work through JD. To my surprise, the technician said he could begin the work immediately. He replaced both water heaters, drip pans, connections and valves, and repaired one of the drain lines. He had to make 2 trips for parts, but worked tirelessly until 8pm to finish the job. It looked great when finished.

Work was good quality and performed in a timely manner. Technicians were knowledgeable and friendly.

Leak was inside the washer not a plumbing issue. Was amazed they did not even charge me for the trip/diagnosis. The plumber was very polite. I will use them again.

They were here for 15 minutes and charged $187. I'd like to add that was with a coupon. If that isn't putting the gun to someone's head I don't know what is. I was just appalled that he would have the audacity to quote that kind of figure. $125 is expensive but I would have accepted it. He literally just unscrewed a faucet and then put a new one on. Originally I was just going to say nothing and then never use them again.
