Description of Work: Took out old water heater and replaced with tankless heater

Description of Work: Replaced seals in tub faucet handles to stop drip and replaced float valve and flapper in toilet to stop it from running. |The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. The only thing that seemed odd was he had to go get parts and was gone for an hour and twenty minutes. I would think they would have parts such as this with them. |I did appreciate the fact, that before the technician arrived they sent me an email with his picture and a short summary of his family life, experience and time with their company. |I believe his name was Daniel.. Nice clean cut guy.

Description of Work: $245 to unclog a drain was too much. Did require going to the attack and snaking out condensate line but was done in half hour then proceeded to make a nuisance of himself and would not leave; kept trying to "sell up."

Description of Work: We had an issue with water coming up the tub drain whenever someone flushed the toilet or was using the washing machine. After snaking out the toilet a couple of different times as the issue fixed then came back again, they ran a camera down the toilet all the way out where our pipes meet with the main pipes and found tree roots growing in to the pipes that were in our back yard that go in to our house. JD Precision had workers arranged quickly to dig up the pipes in the back yard and replace them immediately. This is a great dependable company and I will call them again for any plumbing issue I ever have. Highly suggest their services!
