They were very nice people. They did a great job and I am very happy with them on all counts. Larry was excellent and I would hire him back anytime. He has great prices. He charged me $300 less than others wanted to charge me, so I think my savings was quite significant there. He was here by himself, he did it all, he did it quickly and he was super nice and super professional. I would invite him back anytime. In fact, my next-door neighbor came over and took his information down.

They do the job that they are supposed to do at a very good price. Larry, the owner is absolutely fantastic. I have been using them for a number of years and they have done landscape lighting, ceiling fans for us as well, and much more for us.

We have used Bale's Electric ever since we moved to The Woodlands. Each time they have come out, they have been exceptionally professional, courteous, and honest. Their prices are very reasonable. And, they always clean up after themselves! That I really appreciate because with 3 kids, it is one less mess I have to worry about. I will continue to use their services and highly recommend them to anyone else in need of electrical work.

Owner quoted $150/hr for 2 workers when my wife discussed our project over the phone. The owner and his technician showed up on time on a holiday weekend which was greatly appreciated. The owner reviewed the tasks required with my wife and left the technician to complete the tasks. I showed up after the work had begun. The technician completed all of the fixture and can light work then took a lunch break. When he returned we discussed the final task of installing a power outlet above the fireplace for a TV wall mount. The technician told me the studs were not 16and quot; on center and were set in a way that would leave the TV mount not centered on the wall. I told him not to install the power outlet because the drywall would need to come out so new studs could be installed. I signed off on the invoice under the impression is was consistent with what my wife had been told. When my wife returned and saw the invoice she explained that we were invoiced for 5 hours at $110 per hour plus materials. My wife contacted the owner to resolve the issue but he was not willing to refund any money or offer any other concessions. I thank Bale Electric for coming out on a holiday weekend. The appointment was booked in advance however. The problem for us was that we were not billed consistent with what was quoted. If two workers could have done the job in half the time for $150 per hour that would be fine. I accept part of the blame for signing off on the invoice before confirming the details with my wife. The fact that the owner would not accept any responsibility does not sit well with me. The technician was very professional and cleaned up the work as he went. When our painters were patching the drywall he cut to run the recessed can lights, they found he cut into an HVAC duct so they repaired the cut. I can see how this accident is possible but I did want to acknowledge it because of our overall experience.

I scheduled a light fixture to be hung in my foyer. They said they would arrive around noon. At 2pm they called to say they were 5 minutes away. The men hung my fixture(and were very nice men), but I had to get my kids at school by 2:30(the reason I told them I needed them at noon). I was not there when the job was finished. I returned home and the chandelier was so high(2 story room)that you had to bend over backward to see it. I since found out that there is a standard height a chandelier should be from the ground. They mentioned that I could call them back to readjust if I wanted to. So, I called and they scheduled a time to come out. As they left, they said it would be $100. No one told me on the phone it would cost more and they said they could readjust it like it was a good customer service gesture. The original job took maybe 30 minutes and I paid $200. Then another $100 on top of that for approximately 15 more minutes of service. I wrote a note for the servicemen to give to their boss to express my frustration with their "customer service" and over charging. I gave him my number to call and discuss with me if he wanted and I have never heard a word from them. It has been almost 2 months. As nice as the servicemen were, the customer service was terrible. I will never use them again...

He was nice enough to let me know that using someone who specialized in pool electrical would solve our problems easier and cheaper than he could and he gave me a recommendation.

They do great work and are very nice guys. The price is for the installation of two new outlets (based on an hourly rate).

They did a very good job. Everything is working great. I like the fact that they did not tear anything up, that was nice. However, they were a little pricey. I would hire them again because they provided me with good service.
