Camera Survellance Equipment & control software user interface was not explained how to control it. Technician said he did not know how to setup worked and left the homer to figure it out. Company failed to explain once cloud video storage was maxed out (500 mb) you have to wait until the next month to review any motion detected videos. Company failed to explain to the home owner how the security system & software worked & after 8 hours I finally figured it out but by then we exceeded our video storage limit preventing us from viewing camera motion detection video clip to see who or what triggered the camera. So wants the point of having cameras & video clips. I guess if home or property was damaged we would not have any way to review the clip since the cloud storage limit was exceeded. This is a joke We left customer support submission which was never followed up. Company did not install master bed room key pad for over 1 week. Main Security pad did work work Technician workmanship was poor at best & left scrap marks on our walls. Have to be repainted Technician tried too sell his own private side line company security services. I guess he likes to compete against his employer Company sales person failed to disclose Security Systems Agreement fine points & asked us to sign the agreement so you get sucked into 3 year agreement. Company charged our Visa card without authorization or notifying us after contract was terminated. We are now trying to get our money back. I have never encountered such lack of professionalism & timely follow up from this company. We were always polite to company persons however they made so many wise cracks how good they were I just got fed up with. I would not recommend this company to protect my family/home & its contents . We went back to our regular security provider. Buyer Beware. Very dishonest company & poor service.
