AC started shaking and vibrating so much it made dishes rattle. Called Integrity because of their fantastic rating on Google. They for sure deserve that high rating. Integrity is amazing. We got a text message from the shop letting us know Monte (who is now our forever service tech for HVAC) was on the way. Monte shows up, on a Saturday morning, early for the appointment. No waiting for 2 hours hoping someone comes. Here he is, in nice clothes, shoe covers, clean van with a cool sign on the side so we knew who he was. He gets up in the attic and gets right to work. Less than a minute later, he has the problem figured out. Quick easy fix. But wait!!! There's more. Monte then takes extra time to check everything. Checks the second unit. All three thermostats. Blowers, Compressors, Zone Controller, wiring, he even helps me put new light bulbs in the attic lights. Then he gets everything buttoned up and says he wants to be sure the unit doesn't freeze up (it was wired wrong since new - the builder had the AC running on the low fan speed for 12 years) so he sits in van for 20 minutes. Comes back in, checks everything, cleans up, closes the attic and... offers to only charge for the service call minimum. WHAT??? Two hours and he wants to SAVE us money??? An HVAC company that wants to charge LESS??? No way. Then he offers us a discount on a special program, where in our case, for freeeeeeeee, he will come back and check things out for us when we need the furnace, because, well, winter is coming. And they have a guarantee, and he gave us a discount. This is real. Do you have an air conditioner? Does it work, or not work? Call Integrity and get things sorted.
