Description of Work: They did clean up of the entire front landscaping. They trimmed and cleaned up all of the front, basically, and then planted Azalea bushes, they put in like a French drain in the landscaping, and they planted some flowers up front.

We planted shrubs and some seasonal color for the customer. We warranty shrubs and trees for one year, if the client has an automatic sprinkler system. We don't warranty seasonal color a lot. One or two days of not being watered will damage the plants. This client did not have any kind of sprinkler system except a water hose. The client called about 4-5 of the 4 inch seasonal plants not doing well. The office told the client that they needed to water more, and that we don't warranty seasonal color. The client got very angry and started to curse at the person on the phone. We decided to just send them a refund for the flowers that where installed, $25, which covered all the flowers not just the ones that died.. issued- check #2413 - $25 - 3/2/2017

Every detail on the website is absolutely true. My yard is now beautiful and my sprinklers are working perfectly. I'm sure my neighbors are thrilled to see how much better my yard looks. This is not a company that just "blows and goes". They will be doing my monthly maintenance as well. Sam can solve your drainage problems too. Mr. Salmeron sends enough men on his crews to do a beautiful job in a timely manner. He is happy to come assess your needs, give you a reasonable estimate working within your budget and draw up a professional contract so you know exactly what to expect. All of this with no high pressure sales tactics. I'm so happy to have found this company, so easy to work with, so accessible!' They gave me an estimate if the drainage was OK, which it was, the cost was going to be $1,950, if it wasn't then it would be $2,850. I made a deposit of $975 which was half of the estimate. We realized there was not enough bull rock and asked for them to add additional bull rock, which they did. When I was going to pay the other half of the $975, Sam, the owner, had said it was $1,206.24 and said the additional cost was due to tax. I didn't think much about it until the secretary called to complain about the review I had given them. In my previous review I said I thought the additional cost was actually due to an under estimate and not the sales tax. Had she been nice, she could have sweet talked her way through it, but she was being very rude and requesting old check numbers. I had to call my bank and then they were able to give me copies, then I did the math and realized the sales tax did not match the new total. The sales tax would have been just a couple dollars shy of 12%.
