It went well, Sam Salmeron gave us a free estimate and everything was to our liking so he came back in a few days with his men. He and his men are professional, friendly, courteous and punctual as well as affordable, which is everything you could want in a business. Now our landscape looks great and hopefully by this summer it will fill out as it is a little short now but only because we requested the shrubs to be cut short. We are happy campers! Wonderfully. Workers arrived in the week I expected them, (however no notice was given that they were on their way. I just happened to call the office and was told they would be there soon). Two or three workers worked diligently for 3 days to complete the job. Top notch materials. 4" of compacted gravel gave it a solid base, then a layer of sand. Used a transit to assure all was level. The block along the perimeter was cemented-in to prevent shifting. Super clean-up afterwards.

They did a very good job of installing my sprinkler system and french drain, they answered my many questions even after hours.

They scheduled the job quickly, started job at agreed time and completed job on time. Workers were all professional. I was completely satisfied with the job.

Sam gave me a great design and price. Although it was a few days between appointment and quote, everything else went perfectly. I love the design, the three flower beds in my front yard and the knowledge Sam had of plants and how they look together impressed me. I am glad I hired this company and highly recommend them to help your yard look better. Their one year warranty on replacements is definitely a highlight that caught my attention as well.

The crew was delayed due to some rain but came a little later than scheduled and finished it quickly. The clean up was really good and my new fence is perfect. I am happy.

Went great. They completed the work efficiently, all were polite, and they left no mess behind.

Feb 6, Greenscape layed the paver patio. When I got home from work, I measured the patio and realized the patio and sidewalks were incomplete. The patio was short by 33 square ft. I was told this was a 2 day job. I expected them to complete the job the following day. They never showed up. Approximately Feb 10, I sent an email upset that the job was incomplete yet I received a bill for the entire job. The owner responded stating that it was the fault of the supplier. Sam, the owner, came out to my house so I could show him the incomplete job. I received an email Feb 25 stating they would be out the following weekend to complete the job. I took 2 days off work to make sure things were done. They were a no-show. I didn't hear from Greenscape until July. Since that time, dozens of pavers have become loose and can be pulled up out of the patio. The concrete surrounding the patio is cracking everywhere. There is even a three ft section of concrete that is detached from the rest of the outer barrier. I sent them another email July 18 stating the problems demanding the owner call me. NEVER HEARD BACK!

I originally talked to Sam about several projects that I wanted done close together. These jobs included the removal of two mature trees and the installation of a large tree (100 gallon pot). The stumps and roots were to be grounded down below grade and hauled away. Then the tree was to be staked and a mulch ring installed at the base of the tree to help retain water. I also told them I was interested in full landscaping in the front yard and a sprinkler system installation for the front with connections so that I can later tap in for a rear yard sprinkler system down the road. Well, the tree project was done pretty well except for a few issues which were exasperated by the severe heat in Houston this summer. The large trees were removed and the new tree installed without any problem. The bark ring was never installed even after I had brought it to their attention via email on several occasions. Most of the roots were ground but there are still some roots that are above ground. I told them that I wanted these ground well enough so that a sprinkler system can be installed without having problems from the roots. Here it is a over a month since the tree install and I told them how the tree was severely stressed and I didn't know what to do. I even sent a photo as well as reminding them that I didn't have a bark ring around it yet as was stated in the contract. No phone call. Just an email telling me that I need to water it more..A LOT more. Well, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that water is certainly something that could help, but what about some root stimulant or coming out to look at it and talk to me about it. I finally gave up and told them to not bother coming out. I am in the process of hiring some other landscaper for the rest of the work I want done. That landscaper came out and gave me some great advice on how to take care of my stressed tree. I also installed the mulch ring by myself since it obviously wasn't much of a concern to Greenscape since I had already paid them. Also, since I live in a community that has an HOA, I gave them all of the information necessary to make sure we could get the project started. I had to do everything paperwork-wise. When I told him that I would need written plans with plants listed in the HOA request, I never would get an answer. It appears to me that if you have an HOA, you better figure on doing everything yourself including the design and plant list. Also, it seems that the only person who can answer any questions there is Sam. I'm guessing that they have over committed themselves and don't have the manpower and/on interest in focusing on customer service.

We called Greenscape Innovations LLC as our landscape was looking quite tired and in need of a revamp. We also needed someone to look after the lawn on a weekly basis. We were told that Sam, the owner, was in our area that day and he arrived in the the late afternoon to take a look at everything and discuss what needed to be done. We were happy to leave the plant types and planting location entirely to him. We just have him our color preferences. The next week our lawn maintenance was started. We received an email with a very good estimate for the replanting which we accepted. Greenscapes wanted half of the amount by check ( they put an extra 3% on for credit card payments) up front to show that we were serious, however they did not deposit the check until the work started. After the work was finished to our satisfaction we received an invoice for the remaining amount. Once Sam had gotten the plants he called to set up a date and time for planting and was willing to work around some exterior painting we were having done so his workers and the painters did not clash. Landscaping would have caused a certain amount of dust to fly during the clean up phase. His crew worked hard making sure all the plants were put into their right place. Original shrubs and bushes were pruned and tidied and the irrigation system was checked to make sure that all would be watered when it was switched on. Our garden was left tidy. Now our landscape looks wonderful. We would certainly recommend Greenscapes Innovation to anyone.

We are very happy with how things turned out. The work went fast as they had a large crew and were done in about 4 days despite a large amount of work. All the plants and trees are very healthy and thriving. The ground was prepped very well before the sod was installed and its also thriving with the recent rain. The dry creek bed not only looks great but is very functional at draining water away from our house. I was impressed with how clean the site kept. They did not leave tools laying around when they left and everything was blown off. The quote was very detailed and itemized by project so we could pick and choose what we wanted to do. Everything that was in the contract was completed exactly as specified. We contacted two other companies to bid this work and Greenscape was the only one to reliably communicate with us and actually show up to scheduled meetings. We plan to use them again in the future for additional work.

The crew that came out to repair my sprinkler system, and even the main water line were very professional.? They were on time when they arrived.? They obviously dug holes in the yard to get to the broken pieces of the system, but were careful to replace the sod when they covered the hole.? I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs repairs done or a brand new sprinkler system.

I set up an appointment to have someone come out to look at the yard on one side of our home. We wanted to level this area and make it a dog training area (it's about 30' x 60'). In addition to the costs to level the area, we also asked for a quote to put down astro turf. The owner, Sam, came out for the appointment on time (after rescheduling once). We met at the end of October 2015. He was professional and polite. We discussed two alternatives for leveling the area next to our house. My suggestion was to put one retaining wall close to the house, and then to drop the level of the yard to the lowest point. However, Sam thought it would be cheaper to put in a retaining wall on 3 sides of the area and build the yard up. I asked him to please consider both alternatives and provide me the lowest cost solution. I think it took about a week to get the estimate. The bid was very detailed, but not itemized; and, the cost was $22,385. The bid was specific as to how the retaining walls would be constructed and what type of materials would be used. French drains and bull rock would be placed as necessary to help with drainage. The bid also included tree removal. In addition, the fence line would be changed to accommodate the new level of the yard. The bid also talked about what type of fill dirt would be brought in, but did not include regular sod. Although I think everything was covered in the bid, since it wasn't itemized, I had no idea where the big costs were. So, I had no idea how to even suggest alternatives. Also, we did receive a separate bid to add astro turf, as requested. This was going to be another $14,800! So, in total over $37,000. This was much, much more than we ever intended to spend. As the estimate was emailed to me, I replied by email asking for more details. Specifically, I wanted to know why he'd chosen to bid this option, as the major cost of the bid seemed to be retaining wall. I really wanted an itemized bid. I sent the email on November 5th. The office manager replied that she was passing my comments along to the owner on November 6th. And I never heard anything more.

They explained how to use the sprinkler system. It was around $2000 on the irrigation system and about $3500 on the sprinkler system. The staff were okay. They didn't speak English much. One of the workers spoke English. It took them four hours to do the work.

Called GreenScape to set up an appointment to fix existing irrigation system in a house we had recently bought. They came out and gave us an estimate for the repairs and upgrades that would be necessary. GreenScape did the repairs in a timely manner and have been out since to tweak a couple of items that needed further adjustment. Overall I'm very satisfied with the job that they performed.

Sam, the owner of Greenscape Innovations, came to the house exactly at the scheduled time to scope the project and give us a bid. At our request, he gave us a partioned bid so that we could choose to do all or part of the requested work. I requested some changes in the type and kinds of plantings. Sam worked with me and we agreed on a list of plants. we accepted his bid and the next day his office manager scheduled an appointment. his crew showed up exactly on time and completed the patio in one day. the next day they landscaped the front yard. the work done was exactly as shown in the final diagram. they were unable to finish laying all the sod necessary that day, but came back later and finished laying it. the crew was very professional, did quality work, and cleaned up at the finish of each day. we had paid one-half of the amount of the bid upfront and Sam did not bill us for the remaining amount until all the work was completed. we were so impressed by the work that was done that we requested a bid from Sam for continuing lawn maintenance. his bid was reasonable and we signed a contract. his crews have done our lawn maintenance for 2 months and we are very satisfied with it. we have recommended Greenscape Innovations to our family and friends and we will continue to do so. please feel free to use us as a reference for Greenscape Innovations.

They did an excellent job. The mulch was a good quality of mulch and they put it on thick like I wanted it. I wasn't even here to talk to them, so they did all of this on their own. I will definitely will use Greenscape Innovations again, many times.

The workers showed up approximately 45 minutes late. Because they did not call, my husband had to leave to take care of something. My daughter who is 18 told them which side of the house the leak was on. They came back to the door again to ask for the garage to be opened and access to the control panel. Shortly there after they left. My husband returned home approximately 35 minutes after he left to learn they had already came and gone. There was no invoice left, there was no noticeable work done around the shut off valve. At 5:39 I emailed and the store know that the worker had came and gone, but there was no evidence that the leak was fixed. The sprinklers had been ran, but was unclear what work had been done. The shut off valve was continuing to leak. ( Noticeably from the elbow and under one of the shut off valves) On October 11th I had to have the bonnet & poppet replaced to fix the leak. The poppet had a cracked seal. On the afternoon of October 12th the elbow ( which had been leaking) finally gave and I had to call a plumber. On October 13th the plumber arrived and told me not only was it out of code ( too tall) but there were several leaks and had replace both PVC pipes coming in and going out of the shut off valve. I had to miss a day of work to deal with this. On October 14 I received an invoice for services. I emailed back stating they did not perform the job they were called out to do and that the shut off valve had ruptured. In a few email exchanges Jo-Ann said that he fixed a wire and a leaky head and there for did what we requested. I stated again that we requested that the work on the shut off valve be fixed, nobody approved the other work. She stated that since they had fixed a leak, they did what we wanted. I also questioned if they were licensed to work on the shut off valve. From what I was told from the plumber, not only do you have to be licensed, but you also have to have it inspected to get a certificate for code enforcement. Jo-ann said they were licensed and insured. Until we can reach an agreement, I am not paying the trip charge or invoice. They did not repair what we called them out to do. Their lack of professionalism and negligence to do the work that we requested cost us more money and time off from work.

The guys worked quickly and left very little trace that they were there. Some of the sprinkler heads were in difficult areas ( rock beds) and they were able to move quickly and finish their work.

Technician was prompt and very professional. I had some brown areas that weren't getting enough water. After adjustments and repairs, the entire system is working great!

We were very pleased with their professionalism. We will refer them to our neighbors and friends.

Found a bad valve, replaced, cleaned and examined entire system – restoring to perfect order.
