Description of Work: From the prices my neighbors have paid for similar work, I feel the money I paid Angie's list for the discount was wasted. If I hadn't already paid Angie's list I would have told them to forget it. I'll never do that again. When the sales rep. finally showed up, and I realized I was $200 in the hole with his pricing, he wrote on the work order to raise the canopy and I specifically told him I didn't want the canopy raised much if any at all because it would be top heavy and that's what I was trying to remedy. I told him I wanted the top 10' cut out and the limbs trimmed back off the driveway and the rest of the limbs to match. I wanted them to do it that weekend so I could be there. He told me they couldn't but he wanted to do it the next afternoon. I asked him to have them call me when they headed to my house so I could be there. My girlfriend called me the next day and told me they were there and cutting on the tree. By the time I could get home they had butchered my tree. They raised the canopy about 12' up and on one side there isn't a limb for approx 30' up. There were still limbs hanging over my driveway and way off the other side of the yard. I had them cut the one off the driveway but I was furious. The crew leader showed me the work order that the sales rep gave him and it told him to raise the canopy 10 - 12'. I asked him why they didn't call me before heading over and he said they weren't told to do so. He called the office and told them how upset I was but no one ever called me to discuss the issue.I have avoided calling them because I am still so p***** off every time I pull up to my house I just want to rip that sales rep's head off. My neighbors all commented on how terrible it looks until they saw how upset I was. I'm sure it has affected the value of my property. I need to go take my blood pressure medicine.
