They took down some trees and trimmed vines. They were right on time very courteous. Cleaned up the mess, very good and I'd high recommend them.

We were provided a free estimate, and the saleman scheduled the service for that afternoon. The four-man crew was excellent! They arrived at the arranged time, answered my questions willingly, worked efficiently and carefully to not damage surrounding trees and shrubs, and cleaned our yard and the street upon completion of the job. They made sure we were satisfied and did not have any needs before they left. We were very pleased and will use them again.

Workers were on time and performed the job with expertise and left the yard looking great.

They came out when they were supposed and did a great job. Before finishing they asked my wife if she wanted any more done. My wife and I are happy.

Norbert is very responsive. He came out to give an estimate within a day of my contacting him. I was not expecting to have the work done the same day, but Norbert had a crew available later that day and he was quite persistent in urging me to do the work immediately. I agreed. He provided an estimate of $2000 for the work. I had already identified myself as an Angies List member, and told him I had a 10% coupon when he gave me the quote. In my experience, quotes for yardwork, landscaping, and tree services are all-inclusive. With the presentation of my coupon, suddenly tax of 8.25% was added. If you want to use a credit card, he will add 4%. Be aware. Tree removal was well done. Stump grinding was more problematic. In my back yard, the stump grinding debris was dumped in my landscaping beds rather than being hauled away. I contacted Norbert about it and he had it removed within a day. More seriously, the stumpgrinding cut two of my irrigation lines and this was neither disclosed to me nor fixed by Good Morrow. I found out about it many weeks later when a check of my irrigation system revealed that the two pumps controlling those lines had been shut off. Luckily, we had a cool spring. Imagine the potential impact of having 2 of 5 pumps not watering my lawn and beds!

They were there exactly when they said they would be and did the job quickly, efficiently and cleanly. All in all, very professional.

No service and no care on the part of the company. Ate the money paid for this coupon!

The advertising was misleading. He wrote me a estimate for $500 plus taxes. When they finished they wanted a check for $500. I told them I had already paid them $250 on Angies list. He said the price was $1,000 but they had discounted $250, so the bill was $750 total. I ended up paying $750 for a job that I thought I was $500. Verify the final price before agreeing to the deal.

All work was completed promptly, and very well. They cleaned everything up after. Would definitely recommend.

They did Great work. Couple of ideoscristies, had to phone them after two days to schedule. They also charged an extra $85 for travel.

I received a response very soon after my Angie's list inquiry. Norbert came to my home within 45 mins and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He said his crew would be available that afternoon and could perform the trimming and removals. They showed up even earlier than expected and were extremely efficient and professional. After the work was completed, they cleaned everything up. My trees look fantastic! Great company!

Excellent service. Promptly came out the same day we called to request an estimate. We were shown insurance certificate and testimonial letters from customers. They showed up the following morning as promised with a team of workers and equipment to complete the job. The team was excellent as well. They were careful in removing the 4 large dead trees. They meticulously pruned 3 large oak trees. They ground the stumps as well. They left their work areas clean and free of debris. I would definitely recommend this company and use their service again.

This was a $199 big deal purchase for $400 worth of tree services. They were really quick in coming out to chop it down so I guess it was good. I paid $488 more than the price of the deal. They did it fast, the service was good, but I thought the deal was not that good because I think they kind of hook in to tell you the truth. I know that it costs money to cut down a tree and it did take quite a few guys to get this one. It was a pretty big tree. I think they did a really good job cutting it down and they kept it clean while they were cutting it down. They hauled it off as they cut it so I have no problem with that. They were quick. Their professionalism was pretty high.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal for Good Morrow Land Services on June 29. They called me the same day and came out to give me an estimate for the work I needed done. I agreed to the price and they said the crew would be here the next morning between 8:30 and 9:00. They were here promptly at 8:30 and got right to work. The job was completed quickly and they cleaned up the limbs from the yard and left. The did a great job and I will definitely use them again.

Norbert was very responsive, professional, knew his business. His brother & crew arrived 30 minutes later and worked for 2 hours IN THE RAIN (and some lightening!) to do the job. Because of the mud they couldn't clear everything away because the machinery would have been too heavy, so they returned 2 days later when it was more dry to finish the job with a large crew - they were here less than 2 hours and everything was cleared away as we discussed. They did an EXCELLENT JOB!

I wasn't very pleased with it. He came out and wanted me to get more done for the tree to be taken care of properly. It was more money. My expectations would have been that he could have gotten more done for that $1000. He didn't get done what I was expecting. He responded right away. As far as I remember, he did show up on time. He was defensive because I was questioning him.

Very professional. Detailed estimate and explanation of services and scope of work. Had 4 crews of employees up in the trees and cleaning up on the ground. Work was done quickly, neatly and done as expected. They cleaned up the property very well, you would not know each night by how the property was left the scope of what was done during the day. Each day was cleaned up and very neat and presentable, even as more work was to be done next day. They were careful with the yard decorations and moved them so they would not be damaged. We were very happy with the work. It was expensive, but they did an excellent job and the scope of the work was very large as well. We would happily recommend them for any tree trimming or removal, they did an excellent job. Norbert was very professional to deal with and made sure his crews were lined out ahead of time. Norbert Solis called and about 1:30 later he arrived and looked at the job. He told me what the total cost would be. After I said yes, Norbert's crew arrived about 45 minutes later. There were 4 trucks and about 8 men. Everyone knew their job and the project was very organized and I was pleased with the work. Everyone was professional and it was a job well done. I saw a special from Angie's List on Sunday and purchased it. Sunday evening Norbert called to confirm what we wanted done, and came out Monday to provide an estimate. He said it would take two days, but we were unavailable Wednesday. The crew showed up Tuesday afternoon, did what they could, then returned this morning to finish the job.

Owner called to make initial contact, left message. Upon return phone call he was at the property within 30 minutes, around 10:50am. We walked the property and discussed estimate. Quote was 200.00 higher then AL offer and according to owner "because of the size". This detail is not outlined in the offer and/or "fine print". The job was Scheduled for the next day. Later the same day, Good Morrow owner called and said that his crew was already in fact on the property. They had an opening in the schedule and we're ready to start. So I went to the side of our property and in fact they had ropes, saws and had started climbing the tree. 30 minutes earlier I would not have been home. There were ten (10) employees and four (4) vehicles on or around the property during the service. The employees were efficient and polite. The quote reads as follows: 800.00-400.00=400.00+Tx 62.00=$462.00
