They showed up on time, work steadily and did a good clean up when they were finished. We were very pleased and would use them again!

They removed 11 trees, hauled off debris and cleaned yard. 6 of those trees where very large and next to home and fence. I received some fence damage but it was unavoidable due to the location. They replaced a few broken slats. I never knew the cost to remove trees would be so expensive but felt they did a good job. I would recomemnd again.

First I was mislead on the cost/coupon value, $400 worth of tree service $199 - this would hardly do 1 tree trim, not cut down. The contractor was late and reset times 3 times. Pushed and pushed to get 400. more dollars to trim all 3 trees , one of which I had already trimmed 75% of . The workers were on time however could not speak english and could not understand what we were telling them. They then dumped the mulched trees limbs in the middle of my yard and not where we tried to get them to put the pile. I would not recommend or use this service again.

Responded to a special deal coupon in the AM and received a response within two hours. The owner came out and assessed the work scope and provided an estimate of cost as well as reviews from past projects. He also provided evidence of insurance. He advised his crew would come out that afternoon. When they showed up, the crew chief reviewed the work to be done and they set about business. There were actually two crews there because one crew was coming off another job. At any rate there were ample folks to complete the work and everything was cleaned up and they were gone by 5:00 Pm which was greatly appreciated. The workers know what they were doing and took precautions to protect patio plants from falling limbs. Great job and well done. Would highly recommend Good Morrow to anybody.

The owner came and gave us an estimate shortly after we had contacted him. He was very professional and explained what he could and couldn't do based on the position of the tree and the hardscape near the tree. He gave us a written estimate and proof of insurance. Being bonded and insured was important to us. The appt was made for the first part of the following week. The crew arrived on time and worked well together. I watched them take the tree down in sections. The tree was near the back fence, pool, and garage. None of these areas were adversely affected. At no time did I feel that they were working in an unsafe manner. The wood was removed from the property and the landscape put back as if the tree was never there. Cleanup consisted of removing wood, limbs, sawdust, and leaves from the back of the property all the way to the front. They even took the time to take out the leaves that were in the pool. Not only were they safe, they were very efficient. From start to finish, it took them around an hour. The crew was very polite and they worked well together. The owner followed up and asked if everything was taken care to our satisfaction. We would recommend Good Morrow for those looking for a pleasant experience regarding tree removal.

Representative arrived on-time and was very professional. Explained his scope very clearly and answered all my questions. Even educated me on tree health and had recommendations for services outside of my original scope. Ultimately, his bid was higher than the one I selected but I was happy with the opportunity to meet with Norbert and would have no hesitation contacting him in the future.

They were here within 15 minutes of calling for a quote. I had two other companies coming for quote so I did not want to do anything immediately, but they were so professional and positive. A second company came five minutes after they left, the difference was remarkable. They were complaining constantly about how hard this was going to be to do. I already knew it was going to be hard to do. After this immediate striking contrast I hired this company. They actually were out to start the job the same day. They were more than good. Each one of the crew worked like the individual instruments of an orchestra ? it was something to see. At the end of the work, and TOTAL clean up, I actually formed the opinion that it was a bargain. I give them my very highest recommendation.

The man was very professional and came out at the time requested. He was the first quote on the job. It was a very high quote for the work to be done. I told him that I would have to talk with my son about it. My son advised me to get more quotes. The other quotes were less than half of his price. The man called me the next day and offered to reduce his price. I advised him that I was getting two more quotes since I was unsure whether his price was high or not.

I was unhappy with the man that came out to bid because he immediately started to tell me I needed to cut an additional tree because it was too close to the house. It was nowhere near "close to the house." He was also MUCH higher than my other two bids.

They were very nice and very professional but we went with someone who had a lower quote. The guy who came out was very nice. Their quote was very high compared to the others we received.

The oak tree, approximately 80 feet tall, had a fungus growing out of it in various places. After calling one or two other companies to get a diagnosis (neither was successful in getting anyone to look at the problem), I called Norbert at Good Morrow. We have done business with him in the past and should have called him right away. He was out to the house within a couple of hours (11:00am) and informed us that we could keep the tree, but there would be a risk of it breaking at the diseased areas. We decided to limit the risk of damage and have the tree removed. Norbert had a crew out that very same day and the tree was completely removed (stump and all) by 5:00pm. Norbert's crews are very professional in their work and they leave a very clean work site. Outside of the mulch remaining from the stump, you cannot tell there was a tree in the back yard.

I've interviewed lots of services in the last 18 years of my life and this time was no exception. After speaking and interviewing 11 tree removal services, I went with Good Morrow Land Services. Norbert was exceptional in is work, interview (no BS), and communication. He is responsive and a great listener. His crew was fast, neat, and went above and beyond what's contracted because Norbert wanted to make sure our property was safe for the kids. You do get what you pay for and with Good Morrow, you get the paid for cake, and in my case, some icing too. :o) I'm done interviewing for this service in the future and i know that i'll need more help down the road because we have lots of trees on our property.

I had telephone contact with Norbert Solis, described the trees that I wanted removed and made an appointment for him to come and do an estimate. He did not keep the appointment, nor did he call to reschedule.

A recent storm blew a huge oak tree on top of our garage, the tree barely touched the garage. It landed in a small area by a fence and close to our neighbor s house. I called Good Morrow Land Services to remove the tree; I knew we needed an expert. There wasn t any damage to anything and that could change if the tree wasn t properly removed. I was impressed with the tree removal service men, they were very efficient in getting the tree removed and still no damage to anything,
