 + 0 morePicked computer up, took it home & it ran better but still showed the same errors as when I took it into Freeman's Computers for repairs. I called the store & Mr. Freeman said there was no warranty because anything could happen once I get it home. Still not satisfied, I talked to his Grandson the next day & explained that the same errors from the day I took it in were still showing. He described them as a " false positive, like when you get a positive pregnancy test but you really aren't pregnant". Poor service & poor customer service.
Description of Work: Took computer in because it was running slow & was showing some errors in a report.
