Jeffrey really knows appliances, including wiring, circuits ect. Got me in the next day and even fixed vent that was attached incorrectly after he was paid to make sure whole appliance worked well. I would recommend!

On December 15 I hired Jeffrey from Foxhound Appliance. He came to see the problem. It was the seal (gasket) on the freezer side of my fridge which was not working as it should and letting in warm air causing the freezer to frost up lot. He came back the second time with a new gasket and left. Turns out the new gasket was defective. He came back the third time to try to get the seal to work. He said he would order a new gasket but had no idea when it would come. In my frustration, I told him to just refund my money. The gasket was $165, his labor $85. He refunded my money for the gasket but still charged me the $85 labor. His response was unsatisfactory and told me the matter is closed. So I am complaining about having to pay for labor. The problem was not solved!!

Jeffrey, the owner, reached out immediately requesting information about my washer and the problem. He advised what the problem was and said he would call back after checking to see if he had the parts. He called me back within 30 minutes to advise he had the parts and what the cost to repair would be. We agreed on a time for the same day and he showed up on time. During the repairs (which took about 45 minutes), I mentioned a possible problem with my clothes dryer. He checked the dryer and found a major problem waiting to happen. He showed me the problem, had the parts and repaired it. It took about an hour and a half to complete both issues, all on the same day and at a great price. I now have my washer and dryer like new. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

When I spoke to Jeff, he advised me he had 2 more called to do. He would be out when he was done. (It was late afternoon.) He called me at about 6pm and said he would be here by 7pm. He showed up and went right to my washing machine. It was a minor repair and took less than a 1/2 hour to fix. Jeff is very personable and polite. I will use him again, if the need arises and refer family and friends to him.

** Please read all the way through! It took Jeffrey 3 separate trips throughout the day to effectively address every error code or new problem that arose from his initial call. Not because he didn’t know what he was doing; because everything he fixed revealed a new wrinkle. He made those 3 total trips back to our home after finishing other planned calls, but he never charged us above what he quoted and was paid for after the 1st trip. Jeffrey has a wealth of knowledge AND integrity about his craft. He’s our new “we’ve got a guy for that.” Call Fox Hound Appliance Repair - you won’t be disappointed!
