Our 13.5 year old Samsung frig stopped making ice first, then the ice cream was soft but everything else was staying frozen. A few days later the meat was thawing. He came out and evaluated things. We needed too much done, the cost would be expensive to repair. He suggested brands that would be reliable which he didnâ t have to do. Very thankful!!

Diagnosed my gas dryer problem in about 30 seconds. Didn't have the required part with him but showed me a "workaround" that had me operational within 5 minutes. Shipped the required part at no extra charge directly to my house within a week. Stayed to visit with me and chat about care for my classic but high-quality gas dryer with great advice about keeping it going and how to know when the day will come when it must be replaced. Showed up exactly on time. I am VERY impressed! When your classic old appliance needs just enough expert service to keep it going a couple more years, THIS is the guy to call. Note: This was a REAL dryer built with real hardware electrical circuits (not a computer pretending to be a dryer) so it lends itself well to service by an experienced serviceperson that knows the laws of physics and reality. I don't think ANYBODY could have fixed a modern, computerized dryer as quickly as I experienced. Repairmen just can't reset or flash firmware that fast!

Jefffrey quickly identified the issue with my 40-year-old washer, knew who to call for the part, and had the part picked up an installed the same day.
