Jeffrey was very communicative and professional. He was quick to diagnose the problem and explained what my options were. He was able to complete the repair quickly and everything works perfectly!

Last month I hired a tech from TWS SERVICES, which I regret, who came in, looked at the machine and went back to his car for about 45 minutes then came back to let us know the 5 year old machine needed a new motherboard and they no longer made them. I was told the $85.00 SERVICE FEE would be absorbed in the repair cost ha ha. I found Angies list and got hooked up with Fox Hound Appliance Industries. After speaking with Jeffrey, I hired him. He was here on time and went right to work. He took it apart right away, no problem with motherboard, he looked at the start button and found the rubber insert had gotten out of shape and would not come back out. He took the plastic hard cover off the face and there it was, no more problems, still safely behind robber. Heâ s also knowledgeable about AC , heating, and all the other appliances, I will call Jeffrey Sherry for any problem that arises in the future no matter what the issue, even advise, glad to get introduced to him!!

Mr Sherry was on time for the appointment & was very knowledgeable about his work. Offered suggestions regarding the appliance to be repaired, explaining in detail what the cost would be and wether or not he felt it was worth putting money into it. Refreshing to have someone who is honest about his craft & you can trust. He suggested that the amount of money that would have to be put into the repair would almost buy a new grill.
