Diagnostics are the most difficult. Dont let the salesmanship get in the way of service. Dont use the salesman pitch to out weight the actual service provided. The salesmanship far out weight the services professionals service . The outcome was negative.

Jeffrey found out the problem of the ice maker, order a new one which arrived a few days later. came back and installed it, checked water flow and electric connections. It's been working well since. He was professionally knowledgeable and very efficient .
