Totally professional experience. He arrived on time; call ahead to let us know he was on his way. The repair involved correcting a quirk in the plug connection. He showed me how to correct the problem when it happens again. He completely checked out all mechanical and electrical parts of dryer to confirm that everything was working as it should. He charged me only the service call charge with no extra charge for his time in checking everything else out, including removing the back dryer panel to be sure everything was in order there.
