+ -1 moreThis company with builders, Peter Tovar and Tracy Nguyen Delzell, have not completed our home construction. It has been exactly two years since the construction began. They will also not clean up the area and we’re getting complaints from the subdivision. They are not answering our calls and texts which tells us they are abandoning the contract we signed.
