Very reasonable, dependable and always does great job!

Andrew arrived on time. In the 8 years we have owned this house, never used the incoming water shutoff valve. On the few occasions we needed to turn water off to the entire house, we used the valve by the meter in the front yard. However, this main house water valve was written up as a deficiency in home inspection as part of selling the house. Andrew took one look at it and said he could get it operating and did so very quickly. He also checked leakage on the toilet tank and saw that both the fill and flapper valves malfunctioning so he changed both very efficiently. This was the second trip we had called Dand N in on as part of getting the house ready to sell and both were conducted very professionally. I have used them on numerous occasions over our 8 years in this house and have always been satisfied with not only the quality of their work but reasonable cost.

Only minor complaint is that they tracked dirt in on carpets. Other that than, extremely happy as I have always been with this service company. Oh, new water heater has had no difficulties and they of course removed the old one.

I like their price. They have come out when I have called them. I don't have any problems with them and I think they are wonderful.

Arrived when agreed, did work quickly and very professional.

They are great plumbing company. They tell you what is wrong and do the least expensive work for you. My only complaint is that they aren't open on the weekend. I really do trust them and reccomend them to others.

They were very prompt and very reasonably priced.

I was not impressed. I've waited two days to write this review because I wanted to calm down a little. Mr Barnhill put a hotwater heater in our attic 10+ years ago. His help is NOT the same cailber it was back then. They did arrive close to the time that they said they would, within a half hour or so... They did not introduce themselves. One spoke his name with his back to me, I couldn't understand him. The other I had to goto where he was working and stick my hand out. They where here for the money, not customer service, was my my impression. The hot water heater had a dent in it, I asked about that, they told me it was no big deal. Then they put 3 more dents in it in the way up into the attic. They did NOT clean up after installing. I had to. They did not treat my home like it was there's. And if the hot water heater cost $450. They charged $500. in labor. For maybe 2 hrs work. Ohhhh, if it ever leaks in the pan, it will not go through the overflow. They blocked it with the hot water heater. The hot water heater does work and the bath tub does work. But for $500 in labor, wow they should have been more professional. Explained the dents in the hot water heater. maybe given a discount for them. And cleaned up after themselves. Will not use them again. Thanks.

They were excellent to work with. Once he discovered that the smell was not realated to the plumbing he reimbursed our money for all the work that had been done. I would highly recommend him.

He called ahead and was very responsive - he arrived in the middle of the two hour window he gave me, which is always nice. Daryl was very friendly and courteous, and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. Unlike other service providers that have come to my house, he wasn't squeamish about my dogs and was even friendly toward them! I've used Dand N Plumbing before and plan on using them again.

I have used them for about 10 years. I have done about $5,000 worth of work in the last 12 months and $4000 in the year before. I have done a lot of work with them in the past. They were wonderful. When my husband was out of town, I remembered them calling and asking what exactly do they need to do and lets do it over the phone.

All my dealings with this company over the past 10 years has been pain-free. I never feel and quot;ripped offand quot;, have confidence that the problem is fixed, and never have to wait very long for the plumber to come. This is a very reliable company. Use them.

He did a wonderful job. The floor was a little uneven, so he put a couple shimmies in. He was very professional and personable. I've used Dand N in the past and have even recommend them to friends. They are always prompt and wonderful to work with.

I have him on speed dial. Could not ask for better in price and work quality.

Arrived on time went right to work removing old sink then putting in new sink. Completed work quickly. This company charges by the hour yet the plumber moved quickly to complete the job. Answered all my questions even on issues not related to replacing the sink. A week later I received a and quot;Thank You and quot; card from them thanking me for my business.

I have used them between 6 and 8 times over the last 8 years. These guys are great; I found them a few years ago. In the past I had two plumbers come in to give me a quote on a plumbing issue in a shower; each one of them wanted about $300. This guy came in and, at that time, said he charged $75 an hour plus parts. I told him to go ahead and do it; he had it fixed in 5 minutes. He told me I still had 55 minutes left and asked if there was anything else they could fix during that time. I thought this was great and they continue to do that -- so I have them correct a variety of problems when they come out. These guys are just great; they never overcharge and are punctual and I have recommended them to several other people. This company was a great find and I will use them again in the future.

We contacted D and N Plumbing based on reports we read on Angie's List. We needed two toilets installed...which had been removed by the flooring company that installed our tile floors. One toilet was new...the other was an existing toilet. D and N promptly scheduled the work and the installer (Rodney) arrived on time. Rodney did a quick assessment of the work needed and made a few recommendations that I completely agreed with....thanks!! He did a GREAT job....checking all fittings...replacing old with new...tested his work. He was very easy to talk to ...explained everything he was doing...I loved it!! We also contact D and N in January 2011 for a facet leak....(see separate report).

We have used this company in the past...to install two toilets (Oct. 2010). They did such a great job then I did not hesitate to call them for this little emergency. My wife called me while I was out of town...to advise me that we had water all under our bathroom sink. She could not see where the leak was coming from...it sounded like it was coming from behind the wall. I quickly contacted D and N....who promptly schedule a crew to come out. Rodney arrived on time (he did our previous work too) and found that the leak was from a fitting under the sink. He did a fair and honest assessment of the problem...and quickly repaired the parts and sealed the leak. I have all the confidence in the world with this company. They're honest and do great work. I can hardly wait for my next repair/plumbing need....just so I can work with them again. I love working with professionals....and people who take pride in their work. This shows in the way this company conducts business!! We just moved into the area (Walden on Lake Conroe, TX)....and I now have a reputable plumber!

The two men did the jobs quickly, efficiently and left everything in perfect shape. They were both very professional, efficient and did a good job.

They did a good job. They did it like they said. Their price was competitive and they did it in a timely manner. They were right on schedule. I have no complaints about them. It doesn't matter about the price as long as what they do is right and I don't have to call them back.

The quality of their work was very good but, I felt that their price was a bit high. My overall experience with them was good.

Greg arrived on time and went right to work. He replaced the toilet flapper and then checked the shower water pressure. He took apart the shower head and cleaned it but, it still didn't help. He asked if I wanted him to take the rest of the shower apart and I said no. Will buy an American model next time. Mine is a Moen. He next checked out my kitchen sink faucet which immediately literally fell apart in his hands when he tried to take it apart from underneath the sink. It was rusted. I will also buy a new sink faucet. He checked the hoses for my new dryer and said they were in great shape.

Called D and N about our hot water heater not working. They came out just a few hours later. I needed new thermostats and elements. They were able to do the repairs right away and within about 45 min. I had hot water. I will call whenever I have any plumbing concerns in the future.

The plumber that came out was very friendly and I could tell he knew what he was doing. I think that he was very honest, because he could have charged us a lot more then he did. I think he only spent a total of an hour at our house, and while he was here he chatted with us like he was one of our friends.

I replaced a faucet and drain in the powder room and in doing so found that the pipes under the sink needed to be replaced. I called Dand N plumbing and they sent a repair man within 2 days. The representative was on time, professional, fixed the pipes and cleaned up well. He also checked the garbage disposal and dislodged a small spoon. The price included labor (over 1 1/4 hours) and materials. We felt that the price was right where it should be. We will use them again and would strongly recommend them to others.
