Description of Work: Called to get my water conditioner serviced. Was told owner was on vacation and would return my call when he got back. Been one month, no calls. Had to repeatedly call in the pass to get system serviced which should be performed yearly.

Description of Work: Twice I have scheduled to have my RO system filters replaced and both times the Tech was not able to make the appointment. Even though they installed it I am going with someone else that can keep the appointments. Someone suggest Noble Plumbing and they are coming tomorrow.

 + -1 moreOverall the install was quick, he was careful on cleaning up as he went, took the extra steps to make sure everything was installed as if were his own system. He even did extra work and used additional materials that was not originally quoted at no charge. Now I just recently had it installed today. I'll no more in about 2 weeks on the softener performance and the chlorine removal.
Description of Work: Michael was extremely helpful on water softeners and provided knowledge on technology on what makes them work. I called several contractors and he was the most thorough and patient. He said he wanted to earn my business and he did. We had extremely hard water with high chlorine content.
