The provider promptly called to inform me that his company does not service residences. I appreciate his response.

They came highly recommended. First visit was postponed several times with legitimate excuses. I did NOT have a problem with that. When the initial visit finally happened I was very excited about what they could provide. They took measurements and said they would be back in a week or two. The follow up meeting was postponed multiple times because they were "on a big job" in another city. A time and date was eventually settled on for the return visit, but they never showed up. Multiple attempts to reach them have gone unanswered. I don't even know if they are in business anymore. Very disappointed.

Michael with Classic Cuts came out to give a quote for our new pre-owned home that my husband and I have just purchased this past year. We had four companies come out and Classic Cuts was one of the four that stood out from the rest due to the timely manner and professionalism. He understood the budget we were under and helped us understand what we wanted to accomplish with out getting over whelmed with the task at hand. We were able to accomplish the entire job within budget plus add a beautiful patio that was not in the original bid. (: They guaranteed the irrigation for 3 years for the control box and rain sensor and even guaranteed the parts and labor for 1 year (the only company in budget that offered). Speaking of other companies we had two companies come and the price was completely out of range and one was very low but did not speak good english and never got back to us until two and a half weeks after they came out. Classic Cuts was the perfect choice for us. I would recommend this company to any one looking for an English speaking, reliable, and great quality workmanship. Classic Cuts will be our homes outside go to company for now on.
