Description of Work: My daughter and I had them scheduled for her home for four months. She was having a dinner party. The day they were supposed to come they called to cancel hers so they could service someone else. Needless to say she was in a panic to find someone for her windows to be clean for her party. Very unprofessional.

They told about their credentials and insurance and their references and scheduled an appointment for me right away. For the estimate they owner was right on time. They let me pick from a menu of what I wanted and they came out later that week and they exceeded all my expectations.

Description of Work: I contacted Chrisp & Clean to clean the 13' ceilings of my front porch which had some horrible spider web eggs and dirt dobber nests stuck all over it. Chris came to the house and provided a detailed description of all the services that his company could provide to us. I wish we could've had him do EVERYTHING, but we had to start with just a few things: Here's what they did - Cleaned the 13' ceiling of our front porch (which is very long) Hand-cleaned the coach lights on the front porch and the garage (4 total) - they're cleaner than when they were new! Hand-detailed the frames around all windows Cleaned and orange-oiled the wood doors on the front and back porch Cleaned the windows on the back porch Cleaned the eaves and dormers around the house Hand-detailed the 3 ceiling fans on the back porch Cleaned the 10' ceiling of our long back porch I'm sure there are other things I'm forgetting, but as soon as I save a few more pennies - I'll have them out to clean all our windows which is their specialty.

We were putting our house on the market to sell and as part of the effort by our crack real estate team, professional photos were done to help the house have wide appeal. The clean windows helped everything look tidy and clean.
Description of Work: The company cleaned all windows in my 4,500 square foot house. They cleaned inside and out and were careful not to track on carpets and flooring. After cleaning, the windows sparkled.

+ -1 moreWhen I called to schedule the cleaning, they were very accommodating and helpful. They arrived when expected and completed the work quickly and thoroughly. I didn't notice them peeking in the windows either. I will use them in the future for exterior and interior cleanings.
Description of Work: They cleaned all the exterior windows and cleaned and replaced light bulbs for a ceiling fan we couldn't reach.

Description of Work: We were hoping to have our windows cleaned by Christmas, but they were booked solid. So we scheduled for January. The week before Christmas they called with a cancellation and asked if we wanted the appointment. They cleaned our windows inside and out. We've had them out one time since.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. They called ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. I wasn't home, and when I returned home I expected there to be tons of water on the patios and porches after they cleaned the windows. But, there was no evidence they'd even been there, except that the windows were spotless.
Description of Work: Chrisp & Clean washed the outside of all our windows, upstairs and down. They removed and cleaned the screens as well.

+ -1 moreWe have been using Chrisp and Clean for years. They usually give us a call about once a year, to check if we need it done. There have been times when we have called them in to prepare for a party or gathering we have planned. They are prompt in this event, because time is a factor. We have French windows with several framed sections on each. There is not an additional charge, even though it takes more time to clean these. We have recommended them to all our friends; they do such a wonderful job.
Description of Work: Chrisp & Clean washes our windows, and wall mirrors. The windows are done on both the inside and outside.
