Description of Work: I checked this and several other companies out on Angie's list prior to calling anyone, and decided to contact Cactus because of their favorable reviews and proximity to my location. I had to leave a message on my initial call but was responded to in a timely manner (later that day). We agreed on a time at my convenience (the next day after work) for them to come out for an estimate etc. Maribel showed up at my house within 15 minutes of the stated time. She was adequately fluent in English so we had no trouble communicating. She quoted me a price for the inital cleaning (a more thorough cleaning) and then a bi-weekly price if we continued the service. I thought the initial cleaning priice a little high, but based on the excellent reviews agreed to it. The bi-weekly price however was reasonable based on what I have paid before. Timing of when to do the initial cleaning was difficult to schedule but they were very accommodating as to attempting to schedule at my convenience. My only issue was that they waited almost too late to confirm they would be there (7pm on Sunday evening for the next day (Monday) cleaning, so I could make arrangements for them to get in the house. They did show up about 15-20 minutes late based on when I was told they'd start, and luckily my husband was there to let them in, otherwise theyd have missed me at lunch. But accordingly they did stay to finish the job 15 or 20 minutes late.I was very pleased with the thorough job they did. I couldn't find a spot that was missed (and I did check!). There was a slight issue of being able to communicate with the 3 girls who came to clean, but we managed to figure it out. I expected to get a follow-up call from the service to ask if I was satisfied, but did not hear from them. I eventually called them back and asked why they did not show up at the next agreed time and was told they'd forgotten me. I did allow them to come back but felt they had rushed and only spent 1-1/2 hours and it showed. I haven't decided yet if I will continue with bi-weekly service.

Description of Work: I called them for a quote to clean my home. They came out and cleaned my house the next day. They did a wonderful job. The employees are courteous and professional.
