+ -1 moreThe repairmen at Appliance Tex came out within a day. They weren't too helpful. They didn't really do anything for me. They didn't seem like they wanted to fix my washer. They didn't really know what they were doing. I didn't think that their prices were reasonable.
Description of Work: I hired Appliance Tex for my large appliance repairs.

+ -1 moreI left a call in for appliance repair and Mr.Blair went out of his way to reach me. He had to call me several times before he actually got a hold of me. I don't think most companies would have taken the time!! My ice maker was 14 years old and this is the first problem I have had with it. My ice maker needed to be replaced. I was pleasantly surprised that Mr. Blair had one with him and was able to replace it immediately. I asked him if he would show me how to get the bottom panel off so that I could clean it. He returned to his truck and brought in a vacuum cleaner and did it for me. I am ashamed to say I had never cleaned it before so he had quite a job!! He also looked at the burners on my stovetop and said they were in fine shape.
Description of Work: My ice maker was no longer making ice.
