We like Amazing Maids they do a very good job. I have used a lot of maid services in the past and they are the only ones that I would highly rate and recommend to others.

I have been using them for about a year and a half and I am satisfied with their service and I feel that I can trust them in the house. They try to send the same team every time so that they can get used to what it is I want them to do for me when they clean. Their customer service is also another important part of why I use this company. They are very responsive to me as a customer. I will definitely use their services in the future.

We've tried several maid services, they are definitely the best. Their communication is fantastic and they're very responsive.

It usually goes pretty good as the crews they send are very nice. However, their attention to detail is greatly lacking. They do not move anything to dust, they just dust around. They don't use the right cleaners for the right jobs - they were usuing fabuloso to dust (around) my wood furniture. They mopped around the rugs on the floor. Once I realized they were doing it, I personally removed all the rugs so they would mop the entire kitchen floor. Again, the dusting was HORRIBLE. Even when i asked them to dust a particular item they did not do it properly. I spent 30 minutes after they left doing the job right. I called to complain and the office said I would get a $25 credit on the next cleaning. They get one more change to clean my house as they say they will and if it doesn't improve I will not use them again.

It does not give me pleasure to add a negative comment, but here goes. I used Amazing Maids during 2009, once a month. When the two ladies left, my house felt clean EXCEPT, that most of my dusted wall hangings and lamp shades ALWAYS had to be straightened. Always. We had to part ways after our January visit when I came home to find that a 'false front' kitchen drawer (NAILED CLOSED) had been pulled off the cabinet! You have to work mighty hard to pull off that kind of drawer!!!!!!!!!! I called to let the manager know about the problem, and that I expected THEM to fix it. I was told that they knew who they could call to fix it....THAT WAS TWO WEEKS AGO. My husband ended up spending two hours of his weekend to re-attach the drawer.

They have been cleaning my house for about a year now. While they do a decent job of cleaning, they do not pick anything up (paperwork, lamps etc) to clean underneath, they just dust around it. When I initially hired them I told them that I have four large dogs (65lbs, 74lbs, 84lbs and 105lbs) and two cats (10lbs and 14lbs), therefore I would not leave a key with them. Scheduling has been interesting but for the most part they have worked with my schedule. Their vacuum cleaners do not pick up pet hair very well at all. I have repeatedly asked them to use my Kirby vacuum cleaner, but none of the ladies was comfortable doing that, therefore I had to vacuum again after they left just to get up all the pet hair. With six pets there are stains on my carpet in the bedrooms (the carpet is old, and with a 13 year old dog and a puppy, I don't think it would be cost effective to replace it until the older one passes and the younger one learns more self control). I clean up after every accident, but the stains keep showing back up even after the carpet is cleaned. Last week I received a phone call from Amazing Maids telling me that they were having trouble scheduling 'girls' to come out to my house to clean. Apparently the workers have been telling them that I repeatedly ask them to clean up feces and urine and they don't appreciate it. The woman on the phone told me my house was unsanitary and that posed a problem since they need to take their equipment to other houses. I have never been told that my house was unsanitary. Cluttered yes, unsanitary no. I told the woman on the phone that I did not appreciate AFTER ONE YEAR of cleaning my house, being told that I was unsanitary. I told her if they had a problem with it they should have told me a year ago. I also told her that the workers should have said something directly to me on the day of the cleaning (I am always present), or if they weren't comfortable with that then they should have called the company and had someone there discuss it with me on the day of the cleaning or the next business day. Needless to say, I won't be using this company again.

The experience has been fine. They clean the blinds. They show up on time. They are respectful around my house. I will continue to use them in the future.

The crew arrived ahead of schedule and was quite courteous. The results of the cleaning did not match the $124 (discounted) price tag for 90 minutes of work on half of my house. Bits of food and dirt remained on the floors in the living room after they were washed. Window sills in the living room were left undusted. Hairs remained on the bathroom floors. Baseboards were not cleaned. We are not fussy clients but were disappointed at these results, especially for the price. I tried to report this on the companies website but the function was disabled so I sent an email. Neither were received. The company followed up with a phone call and I described my complaint. The best offer they could make was to refund half an hour's charge which I reluctantly accepted.

I am quite pleased with everything. They re always very punctual, courteous and professional. The people who come out always do such a great job with everything. My house always looks sparkly clean after they leave. I do help them when they come because I feel guilty just sitting there. I know I pay for this service but I am sure they are very grateful for my help.
