+ -1 moreExcellent service. Came home to find one AC unit was not cooling on a Saturday afternoon. Called Allied and the technician (Justin) was able to come in just a few hours. He diagnosed the problem as a simple capacitor replacement needed on the compressor unit. He did the work efficiently, cleanly and in a professional manner. Allied did not try to over charge and provided this service quickly on a hot Saturday afternoon. Very thankful for my family.

+ -1 morecalled and was here in about 2 hours. Checked everything out. Cooled of the unit outside with the water hose and showed us how to fix it if it happens again but if the unit comes on and it sounds funny call them. This is the first company that has come out and not tried to push us into upgrading or buying misc. items. This company makes suggestions as to things we can do to take care of the unit. Love them!!!
Description of Work: power surge knock the a/c off, fan running, but the compressor would not kick on.
