Very helpful in explaining condition of furnace.

Technician did a great job. Did inspection as scheduled as well as reprogramed our thermostat and replaced two air filters.

My husband was home for the service and said he really liked the service person. Granted he doesn't do much with the up keep of our house, I do that. But he thought they did a good and thorough job. We are having them come back to service the furnaces. Service guy did say we need to replace our furnaces, which I knew and might do that in the near future. But no hard sale to buy one from them. We have had some bad service from our old air conditioning company and I wanted to try someone else. I will try to be at the next service appointment, but I think we found a good company.

I had a main filter installed in my attic a couple of weeks ago and the install went very well. My home warms up and cools so much faster than before. The service team is excellent and their work is flowless. I have had several different technicians service my system throughout the year, and I never saw a difference in the service. Each of them is attentive and a perfectionist in their work. I would recommend them to anyone because I am familiar with the quality of their work, honesty and reliability.

I have never had such clean and respectable people in my home. The gentleman that first came here and explained everything to me was so professional, neat, and clean. When he came in he even took his shoes off before he came in to explain everything to me. He then went into the attic to check out everything. He said that the furnace was not working properly. When they came back to do the work they came right away. They even put down drop cloths on the carpet and up the steps to take the furnace upstairs. They even put in a new modern thermostat that I could see much better and they did not charge me for that part. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Cypress had installed a new fan motor and heater last year blower motor failed sat am, i called them and they had arrived at my house in about 1.5 hr (on Sat!). Did not have the part on hand, but came back Monday to install. It was under warranty and there was no issues. Great to see a company stand behind their work and intsallations. Incredridbly happy w/service and company.

Cypress Creek has done our A/C and heating service since 2001. They have installed new units in our home as well as twice a year inspections on our personal home and rent house. This summer both houses lost air conditioning, Cypress Creek came the same day as was called to made necessary repairs

Technician came out, diagnosed the system on the outside and told me the contactors needed to be replaced. He also advised me that I need a new system. I told him to go ahead and replace the contactor which he did and got the compressor and fan working again. I didn't like the fact the he even tried to get me to buy a completely brand new system.

My Mom has used Cypress Creek for years, and I have gone through MANY companies in the 6 years I have owned the house. I am single and work, and it's been surprisingly difficult to find someone who will work with my schedule. I signed up for the yearly maintenance with Cypress Creek, which gives you priority Saturday service and late hour service. When my upstairs air conditioner went out on a Friday at 5 pm, Cypress Creek assured me they would have someone out that day. The guy showed up just before 7. He was super nice and friendly, and very professional. He diagnosed my problem immediately, and luckily had my part on his truck. They carry a huge supply of parts on their trucks, and he had my a/c working in 15 minutes. This was by far the best experience I have had with an a/c company yet. They seem to be a little high on price, but after my previous experiences it has so far been worth it. On the yearly check ups, they don't try to sell me anything and so far haven't tried to push any unnecessary repairs. I will continue to sign up for their yearly service as long as I keep getting the service I have gotten so far. I would highly recommend them.

They were not really as good as we thought they would be. They were very disappointing in the execution of what their were suppose to be doing. We had to end up getting someone else. We would not use their services again in the future.

The technician came to do my yearly AC check-up. It was the same technician who repaired the AC the previous summer which was very nice - he was familiar with it's problems. While there, he gave me an estimate to replace the entire system. I have been happy with their work and feel that they are very honest to deal with. However, their bid was ~$5k more than the company my neighbor used. I will still continue to use them for repairs and maintenance of my other house.

We called that morning and they were out by that afternoon. They did an excellent job as well as giving us advice on maintaining both of our systems.

This particular time we weren’t incredibly happy. It turns out that there was nothing wrong with the thermostat and when I called to speak with them about the issue, they pretended like they didn’t know what I was calling about. I don't think he was out to get us or anything though.

They are pretty good. They are very thorough, they are prompt, and they are very courteous. They are quite reasonable. They seem to know what they are doing. They don't try to sell me what I don't need. They seem to be straightforward. The guy that came out asked me to monitor the system and call him if necessary. He charged me for the first visit but never charged me for the second visit. He told me that he wouldn't charge me until he figured out what the problem was.

The Technician was very knowledgeable and provided me with a report at the end of each service.

They are thorough and prompt, they are on time and their price is reasonable. They always do a good job.

Overall, the men were efficient and clean and I felt comfortable with them in my house. They knew what they were doing and got it done without problems.

Very responsive when we called. Office staff in this family owned and operated business was very courteous and arranged a time that was convenient for US, not them. John arrived on time. Immediately diagnosed the problem and gave us three options to consider. He was very thorough in describing pros and cons of each. We made a decision and scheduled a return visit to do installation. He returned on time and got right to work. Job was completed in just a few hours. He obviously knew exactly what he was doing. Very professional! We had opted for a middle priced option. They actually installed the more expensive option for the same price when the middle option equipment was not available! They also refunded the service call and gave us a discount for cash. There were several tricky obstacles to the installation, John handled them all with a minimum of fuss and proceeded to help us fix some insulation that had come down. NOT his job. He was cheerful, professional and an incredibly nice guy. We couldn't be more pleased! We have dealt with several other H and C contractors in Kingwood with horrible results. This was such a nice change. Very knowledgeable people, VERY HONEST, no added charges, no excuses. Absolutely terrific!

The technicians were punctual and professional. Communication was excellent. We have a Honeywell air cleaner in the attic. The filters need to be taken out and cleaned. During both the Spring and Fall checkup, the technicians voluntarily removed the filters, cleaned, and replaced them. No other company has ever done this for us; as we've gotten older, it's been difficult for us to get in the attic to take care of the filters. We feel very comfortable with the honesty of this company and it's employees. Our son had a problem with his air conditioner and Cypress Creek made the effort to go to his house on a Saturday. They were very honest in the evaluation of his problem and did not try to hook him.

He was punctual and I thought he was quite good. He seemed to know what he was doing and replaced and did things that made the problem better. The worker was a very nice guy.

This company is a smaller company that it is family owned. They have been in business for many years. I was very impressed with them. They were very prompt, nice, polite, and cleaned up very well. They did tell me about some things that would need to be done in the future as well. The price for the service was very reasonable.

This company has been excellent. I have used them for several years and never felt like they were taking advantage of me or finding imaginary problems to pump up the bill. When the compressor unit went out they went out of their way to get the part covered under warranty when others may not have. They are always courteous and prompt. They offer a reasonably priced yearly contract that I have found very useful.

Chosen based on Angie's List recommendations and proximity to my home. My heating system had not been serviced since I moved into my home in 2003. I made the call just before the cold snap at the end of November hit. The appt. was made for the same week and the service technician (John) arrived within the quoted time-frame. In fact, I received a call to let me know when he was on his way. John got right to work and was extremely nice, taking the time to answer my questions about the system. He helped me change filters that were too high for me to reach and even dusted off the grill work. Based on the timeliness and quality of service I signed a multi-year service contract for heating and AC service each season. The cost shown above reflects a two-year contract I signed up for (which included this service call).
