The experience was pretty good. I had other people tell me that I needed a new roof on my whole house but A-1 Roofing & Maintenance Company said no and said that they were ripping me off or forced me to do.

A-1's crew was fantastic. These men worked over the Memorial Day weekend and worked from morning until night for three days until the job was done. We have many flower beds and potted plants around the house and garage and they protected all of them. We had no damage to anything and you cannot even tell they were here because their cleanup was great.

We had a tree fall on the corner of our roof the day before Houston was expecting storms and heavy rains. This happened at 2:15pm. I went to the yellow pages and started calling. A-1 Roofing was able to get to me at 6pm, just as the tree guy was finishing up with the tree removal. Joe was here for about 20 minutes, checked the roof, nailed a tarp to the area. I was charged $300 for this service. I called A-1 Roofing back the next day to discuss repair the following week....the whole transaction was done over the phone (I don't love that). After a bit of discussion, I explained that I was a little nervous about a patch job on the very front of my house that receives all day / direct sunlight (this roof is 3 years old, replaced after Hurricane Ike). My husband and I decided that we wanted the whole section replaced (smallest eave area on the house....lots of angles on these Texas houses). For this we were charged $1650. On one hand, I think that these prices are a little high....but on the other hand, A-1 Roofing was able to come to my rescue during an emergency situation. The repaired area looks perfect. Everyone did a very nice job.

We had hurricane damage and two trees landed on our roof so we called A-1 and they were able to work us in and they did a fantastic job for us. Charlie managed our project and he kept in touch and we felt he was on top of the project and got the job done quickly.

They responded quickly and they did a great job. Charlie, our project manager and primary contact was great. He was a pleasure to work with. If we need roof repair we will definitely call A-1 Roofing.

The work was great but the price seemed a little high. Good quality and quick response.

First the wrong shingles were delivered. However, they were quick to make it right, without any hassles. They did a great job. My roof looks beautiful. But they did trample my flowers.

They responded the same day as my initial phone call and inspected the condition and gave me a written estimate. They completed the flashing repair the following day and installed the new chimney cap the next day. They did an excellent job of both phases of the repair.

A-1 Roofing & Maintenance Company did a very fine job for me. They had no trouble with the project. They did it pretty quickly. They arrived on time and got to work quickly. I have no complaints with their workmanship.
