Description of Work: bathroom shower remodel. tile work and plumbing. looks great and a year later still happy with the work. need to call and see if he will come and do my second bathroom. would recomend him with no problem. he has some good ideas and he is honest!

+ 1 moreSteve met us at the store to make sure we got the engineered wood I had picked out from sampled he had shown me at our first meeting. We picked out trim and he gave me several options to choose from so I had control over how much I was spending. I liked that. He and his helper got started. Steve got the job done in a timely manner and was very easy to work with. Communication with Steve was easy. They did a great job and cleaned up well after they had finished. He was easy going and pleasant to work with, he is coming back at his next available opening to do work in our bathroom, a shower install. I would recommend his work as he is good at what he does.
Description of Work: Steve put engineered wood floor in our motor home. Steve removed the driver and passenger seat, two couches prior to laying the floor. Removed old carpet. Wood floors from front to back. After floor laid all furniture replaced. Engineered wood applied to the steps, trim, and some of the carpeted areas 6 inches up the wall was replaced with trim.

Description of Work: I gave Steve Walker a chance after reading the previous right up, I requested three references and two called me back with positive feed back. So I called him and told him what I needed which was tiling of Master Room Closet and he gave me estimate of $300.00 and I agreed. He came Sunday & Monday to work and did a beautiful job and told me he will be finished when I am happy with the job. The bill came $352 because I wanted trim and added an ingredient sealer for the grout. I would definitely use him again and recommend him.

+ -1 moreWe did not end up using Steve because he was rude and hung up on us. Would not recommend him to others. Needs to work on customer service and manners.
Description of Work: We got a bid from Steve that was a good price, however, he mismeasured by about 30 square feet based on three measurements from other tile companies. When we called him to ask him to do the job we told him that his measurements had been a little different and if his quote would be lower based upon the new measurements. He became offended and said his measurements were right because he had been doing this for 20 + years and then hung up on us. Terrible customer service and bad manners. Would not recommend him

+ -1 moreSteve was wonderful. He was prompt and courteous and we are very very happy with the work done. The tile we chose was a marbleized style. Steve opened all the boxes so he could emphasize that style. This took time.
Description of Work: We replaced a master bathroom carpeting with tile and also had wood laminate installed in a study.
