+ -1 moreThey were able to schedule us in on short notice. Craig was so prompt he made it to the home and started inspecting before I could even make it there. He spent approximately 4 hours going over every detail of the house. I feel very confident that the inspection he gave us was very thorough and captured many things that had been overlooked by 2 previous inspections. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who is serious about having all the facts to know what they're getting into before they make an investment decision.

+ -1 moreWe were very satisfied with the professionalism and service that Craig provided and would highly recommend.
Description of Work: Craig performed an extremely thorough home inspection. He took the time to explain everything he found, and took pictures of all of his findings and put them in his written report. When we bought our first house 10 years ago the inspector had a 2 page report with a bunch of yes and no check boxes. Craig's report was 27 pages with explanations. After the inspection, Craig was available to discuss a few of the seller's questions regarding the report.
