Ryan did the inspection on a home we are buying and I thought he did a great job! He was punctual and flexible (we had to reschedule and work around snow and ice days). Once I arrived at the home, the current owner began chatting with me and delayed Ryan's ability to give me the report. He was very patient even though I think it made him late for his next appointment. He was thorough in his report, and paid special attention to the things I told him in advance I was concerned about. I had the full report including all findings and pictures before midnight of the same day! That's impressive. If the cost looks high, please note that the property he inspected included a horse barn with plumbing and electricity, and he inspected that as well - and also included termite inspection by a third party. I would highly recommend Ryan and NTX.
