he called 20 minutes before the appointment and said he would be 15 minutes late. he was only service person to ever to call. the install was more involved because it was a mobile home door but he had no problems.

Performed the job as expected. Worked quickly and efficiently. Scheduling through the purchase of an Angie's list deal was easy and got a quick response from the vendor. They were flexible with me by just about an hour on the time frame the locksmith would be coming out, which was actually pretty helpful. I would use them again.

Bought the 4 lock re-key deal and they were great. The guy arrived on time, was quick, and did the job. We ended up only needing 3 locks re-keyed and he gave us credit that we used to have some more keys made up.

They responded quickly to my request for service. They came when they said they would. Uriel fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was clean-cut, professional and friendly.

We purchased a new home and bought new locks and deadbolts. They came out within an hour of calling them and installed the new locks and deadbolts and re-keyed everything to one key. Fantastic customer service. I had used them before and will use them again.

Jeff with Michael's Keys came out in a very short timeframe. The front door lock and handle had broken and we could not get into the house through the front door. Michael's was fast and courteous and replaced the set after determining that it wasn't fixable. Jeff went back to the shop to get a new one but they didn't have one in stock. He then made a run to a local hardware store to get the correct one.

It was a service call and they just basically did a ton of service. I felt like I got a great value. I think they did a great job.

Michael's Keys delivered and installed a burglary and fire safe that I had purchased elsewhere. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Service was done quickly and they were more than willing to complete any extra work needed to get the safe through a narrow doorway I had not accounted for.
