It turned out excellent. They came within a week of when I asked for it. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. But, I ended up asking for some other things from them. The deal was to replace three or four door locks. After they did that I said, "While you're here can we do another door?" They did it. So that was something separate from the big deal. It was maybe $40 extra. It wasn't much. There were no problems. Everything was as you would expect. They came quickly and got it done quickly and charged what they said they would do.

Very well. They kept us informed on the parts we had to order, when they arrived, and when they could schedule installation. They did everything quickly. All of our doors function properly along with the keys. Price includes labor and all of the parts. IN fact the majority of the cost was parts because we had to special order handles and deadbolts for 8 exterior doors. It saved us so much time since we didn't have to change out all the hardware ourselves.
