Changed the locks for my new home. 147.16 for 20 minutes of work. Broke my garage door lock. Good professionalism and punctuality.

We called after hours to have the locks re-keyed after realizing a key had gone missing. The person who answered the phone as well as the technician were very helpful & prompt. The technician arrived in less than an hour & quickly re-keyed the locks. It was a great experience & well worth it to make us feel more secure.

He worked quickly and the door was repaired in no time.

He was prompt, professional, and efficient. He went straight to work on the locks and was completed in less than 25 minutes. I was able to use my Angie's list discount with just a little more saved on top of that. Nothing negative to add at all; I have them saved in my favorites to make sure that if I ever need a locksmith again, I know exactly who I'm calling.

They were very courteous when answering the phone, and easily booked an appointment for the next morning. The locksmith arrived exactly when promised, and the work was done very quickly. Very professional all around...if I am ever in this position again I would definitely use them.

Well, I called and set up an appt, apparently it was not entered into the system. Appt scheduled for 1500 called at 1520 and they had no record appt even existed. Tech arrived, when he re-keyed our locks he installed one of them backwards...(yes the lever to open the top lock to our patio was facing outdoors with the key to the inside). Made a huge mess with the deadbolt install. Took a chunk out of our door and left paint chips missing above dead bolt. On top of that, left the drop cloth in the garage which he used when he installed the dead bolt. Would not recommend, based on the shotty tech they sent out. Poor quality.

They arrived on time, were very professional and I would highly recommend them.

They came out to rekey the locks to our new duplexIt was done in a timely manor. I would hire them again.

I called the company in the morning and the work was complete within 4 hours. The customer service was wonderful!

We lost all keys to a Dodge car, the type with the transponder in the key. Dealerships wouldn't work on it without towing it to them and they wanted more money for a single key. Sean came with the first key precut and cut the other two on the spot. 10 minutes with a computer to program the car to accept it and we were set. Thanks, you guys are awesome.

The services were fantastic. Michael's was very responsive and timely. They initially thought they had lost my order/not processed it, but after spelling my name numerous times and providing my address, it seems that they just had spelling errors. Everything was set as ordered. I would definitely use them again. BTW, as others have mentioned they do provide 4 keys and what is unique is that their keys say "Michael's" on them and have a different shape to the head. It's so easy to find the key as opposed to the umteen generic keys that dangle around. Nice touch.

Went fantastic, with the rep, Brent Billingsley going to the extreme to satisfy, searching at hardware stores to try and find "my latch" so as to match up with the existing holes/stain imprints to keep me from having to have the door re-stained. Then fixing the primary problem of the hung latch assembly, at no charge then, while waiting for the internet order to arrive. Then quickly returning when called that the order was in, installing in a very timely manner, along with the extra keys made all to work on my existing key cuts. After talking to the dealership about a replacement key. I called Michaelis and they did the job for 1/2 hour. What dealership wanted and no appointment was necessary. The job was done at my convince. Dealership needed to make an appoinment.

Price was reasonable and job was job in a timely manner as quoted. No complaints on service or quality.

Called in, they sent someone within 30 minutes or so. Gentleman was very nice and efficient. Replaced the three locks in no time. Friendly and fast service at an affordable price.

I am satisfied with the services provided. They will come out to your house and advise you on what safe you need.

They showed up on 03/01/2012 to install the new doorknobs but the renters had not vacated the property. I apologized to the installer, very nice gentleman, forgot his name but he understood and just said to call the office to reschedule. I called to reschedule on Sunday 03/04/2012 and told them I could meet them at the property at 2pm on 03/05/2012. A very nice, professional locksmith, Neil was waiting for me when I got there and started work immediately. He was quick, throrough, and professional. Accepted the coupon from Angie's List and I advised I would definitely give him high marks on my review. Would definitely use them again if I ever need a locksmith.

I called late Morning and had a locksmith at my home within 2 hours, he was punctual, efficient and professional, what more could one ask. I would use again or recommend Michael's Keys! Oh and they give 4 keys with their service (most others only give 2 and they all work good!).

Contacted Michaels Keys to request a quote for rekeying four exterior doors and inquired about child safety lock options. The representative was friendly and helpful. She stated that a serviceman could come out that same day. Also, she recommended a product they had in stock for the child safety locks on our exterior doors and would have the serviceman bring them for the quote. One note, check with the company to ensure they offer free estimates. I did not do this and was surprised by the $55.00 service fee when the serviceman arrived. Once the serviceman arrived, he reviewed the Door Guard child safety lock and we reviewed what work needed to be done. He gave me the price for all of the work and I accepted the price. From there, the serviceman began working and was done within an hour. We had five levers/ 8 cylinders rekeyed (priced per cylinder which is each side that you can put a key into - $10.00) and three Door Guard child safety locks installed. The serviceman gave us four keys for the rekeyed locks (included in the price) and reviewed the Door Guard child safety locks to ensure we knew how to operate them. The child safety locks were not the sheet metal (flimsy) kind that break with little movement. These are heavy duty spring locks that attach to the interior side of the door jam and can withstand significant resistance. The process was simple and the representatives of Michaels Keys were very professional and courteous. I would recommend them and will use them again, if needed.

This is the second time that we have used Michael's Keys. On the first trip, all the locks in the house were changed, We were so impressed with the workmanship and the price, that we called Michael's again to perform the most recent work. On each occasion our calls were promptly and courteously answered. More suprising was that a locksmith was dispatched the same day we called (including a night service call and recently a Saturday call). Brent was our locksmith on the second call. What a great guy to have working on your locks! Accommodating, courteous, and professional in every way. He even vacuumed the carpet to insure the removal of any wood shavings. I definitely will use them again for any future lock work.
