We had just moved into a new home and always like to rekey the locks. Michael's was prompt, courteous, helpful, professional, pleasant --- couldn't ask for more. Would definitely use them again.

Dealing with Michael's Keys was one of the easiest and efficient I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Their service technician came out same day, which was incredible considering it was the day after a holiday.

Locksmith came precisely when he estimated he would arrive and promptly unlocked the door we needed unlocked. He was courteous and professional and explained everything he was doing and tips for preventing this in the future.

Outstanding. This company is prompt, and Jeff arrived 10 mins early, called first. He worked quickly and efficiently; had to go buy new hardware. He was courteous. I'm always very satisfied with this company's work, no matter who comes out. I keep them on emergency speed dial. 7/17/13: I had to call back and ask for someone to check out the new door knob. The original guy [no longer with the company] had replaced the whole door handle and parts with a new set, but the door knob would hang intermittently when turning to the left. It was ok turning to the right. I called them back while the work was in warranty, and Terry came out. He had to get new inside parts and replaced those and all is fine. No charge on the return visit. Still happy with this company.

The lady answering the phone was very kind and asked for details before confirming we needed a technician. (Ex. I didn't know that there are certain kinds of locks that cannot be re-keyed to other locks.) Kevin Anderson arrived within 2 hours, even though I was flexible on time. The tongue of the lock on our front door was getting stuck in the door jamb and we wanted to re-key this door to another door. Kevin took his time to assess and explain the situation, showing me how to maintain it and look for any future problems (same thing, house settling, door not fitting the jamb...). Kevin was a pleasure to talk with and is highly knowledgeable! The doorknob we wanted to key to the front door, turned out to be a lousy buy from Home Depot. Bless my husband's heart; he replaced it, not knowing that it could give us problems in the future. It was a "self-keying" lock. If we ever had a problem with it, a locksmith would have to drill it off! Coming from a smaller city, I genuinely appreciate hard-working, honest people who enjoy their job and helping others. We will continue to use Michael's and always request Kevin!

Called and scheduled an appointment for 10 am. Was right on time. Showed him what I needed rekeyed and that I would like all doors on the same key. He said that due to the types of locks, he could do 2 on one set and 2 on another. I said that was fine and he rekeyed the locks in about 45 minutes and locks put back into place. He asked me to test them and all worked perfect. He was punctual and very professional. Would definitely use again.

The service from Michael's Keys was excellent. He arrived within an hour of being called, fixed the problem in minutes and the cost was reasonable compared to other lock repair places we called. Thet echnician was courteous, professional and very competent. We will definately use Michael's Keys again and would recommend them to anyone needing lock services.

I requested a service call for a back door deadbolt lock that would no longer lock. They asked if it was an emergency and when I informed them it was not, they scheduled service the following day. Their technician came out and attempted to fix the lock, but upon examination, he said it was just worn out (10 years old). He replaced the lock. Works great!

We were having great difficulty locking and unlocking our front screen door. The subject door was a heavy gauge door and if the lock jammed it was not possible to operate the door. We calles Michael's Locks, they came the same day. They arrived at teh arranged time and resolved the problem. The cost of the trouble call and resolution of the problem to our satisfaction was around $80. I would use this company again if we had any further lock problems.

I emailed them this morning and got an email response within 30 minutes. I asked them to try to come before noon and they arrived by 10:15. Someone called first to let me know the locksmith was on the way. He replaced the defective part and had lock working in less than 30 minutes. I could not imagine a better experience and will certainly reccommend this company to anyone who needs a locksmith.

Great service and a great service man. Cody called within a reasonable time frame to set up the appointment to exchange out the locks and keys for the home I just purchased. He showed up on time and was well prepared to do the installation of the new locks that I had purchased for the house. He was quick, thorough, tidy and did an excellent job! I had 4 door knobs/locks replaced and he cut the keys to all match up so that I only have to have 1 key for all locks. He also made extra copies of the keys for me. I would highly recommend Michael's Keys to everyone!

He arrived within 1/2 hour, had the door opened in a matter of a few minutes. He was so sweet, polite, and professional. In addition, I've used their representatives for my 50 yr old front door. The handle was showing its age. He mended it and it worked for about another 6 or 7 months. It finally died and he came out and we worked on a repair that kept my costs low and yet would still look fine when I painted the door this spring. Michael's has always been prompt to fix the problem and always perfect gentlemen and very professional. I highly recommend them.

I called Michael's Keys because the dead bolt on my front door was stuck in the locked position, and we could not get the key out. The locksmith arrived on time and set to work. He had the lock unlocked and off in no time. He also figured out that the reason the lock had gotten stuck to begin with was because the hole in the door jam was not deep enough, and the lock was not able to extend fully (the lock had never quite worked right since I installed it years ago--now I know why). He drilled out the hole so the lock could fully extend. He installed the new lock and made sure it worked correctly. He then noticed the door rubbed and got stuck in the door frame. He fixed that, too, without me having to ask or charging me to do it!! My door opens and closes now like a door should without me having to put my whole body weight into it!! This experience was such a positive one that I will definitely use them again in the future and not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I needed my two front door locks keyed to be the same and 4 back door locks all keyed to be the same. They also installed a deadbolt and a new doorknob with a built in lock and gave me about 7 key copies of each lock. Justin was friendly, helpful, did what I asked him to do and was a delight to work with. He's a nice young man. I would readily use them again.

The dealership quoted me a price that I thought to be unreasonable. I first went to a locksmith near the house and rather then say that they could not do the job, he said that it could not be done. I contacted Michael's not only did he say that they could do the job, but they did it quickly, professionally and at a considerable savings over the dealership.

Great service. Prompt, got a 30 minute call ahead. Locksmith got right to work and finished within 30 minutes. Keys they provided are very robust and should last a long time. Two broken locks he fixed are like new. Great job.
