We had an unusual problem. We couldn't get the door open on our motor home. The key turned in the lock, but the door wouldn't open! We had planned to replace the lock because it no longer worked with the remotes even with new batteries. We knew we would have to go to a motor home repair facility for that, but we needed to get into the rv now. I did some research online and we decided to call Michaels. | |The service rep who came out checked it and confirmed that we needed to replace the whole locking mechanism. He was able to get the door open by drilling into the lock and using a screw driver. We were happy to be able to get inside and to have a temporary way to lock/unlock the door. |We would certainly call them again for any type of lock problem.

I called a few locksmith's, but Michel's Locksmith was the only one willing to respond immediately. A service tech was sent and arrived quickly. The entire process took about 5 minutes and my keys were retrieved. Thanks to Michael's Keys for their excellent customer service. I would certainly use their services again.

These folks do great work. They were very prompt and professional. Derek did a great job and was very friendly. Everything works perfect. He even offered to install the deadbolts to the back doors but I declined on his first visit. I realized the next day that the deadbolts I had were the wrong grade for a residential home. Derek was back at the house within an hour or two of my call back to them asking for help! Should have taken him up on the offer while he was there the first time. Aside from my rookie mistake everything was great.

When I called into the office, they were very nice, gave me pricing and were able to schedule a service call very quickly. When Kenny, the locksmith arrived, he was very pleasant and very professional. Kenny re-keyed all my doors within in a short period of time. The price was very fair and less expensive than going to a local hardware store to do it myself. I feel Michael's Keys provided excellent service and I would recommend to anyone who needs a locksmith. I will definitely call Michael's Keys again when I need a locksmith.

I called Michael's Keys, Inc., on a Monday morning. The receptionist was courteous and took my information. She indicated that the technician would call within 30 minutes of arrival, but did not indicate what part of the day he would arrive. Kevin, the technician, called within 2 hours of the initial call and said he would be arriving in about 10 minutes. He was prompt and courteous. I explained a problem we had encountered while trying to install a deadbolt ourselves. Kevin examined the door and lock and determined it would have to be drilled. Unfortunately, the door was metal and Kevin's drill bit was shred to pieces. He packed up his things and ran to a store to buy new bits. Kevin was prompt in this errand and returned to complete the installation of the new deadbolt. It works great. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will refer others to this company.

They came out within a few hours of my call. They tech looked at the cabinet and in about 15 minutes I had two new keys to my gun cabinet.
