+ 1 moreTheir website claims to offer old fashioned customer service - that is not at all our experience. They are great up until they have the 70% deposit. They were in our home for two days "working" (admitted never actually installed system they sold to us), when they left the second day they said someone different would be here the next day, Wednesday. Nobody showed up or called Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. We have holes in our walls with live electrical wiring hanging out. Not one thing has been completed. We have text and called the shop and keep getting the same thing "I will talk to the owner and call you back or he will." The phone has not rung! We even told them we would be compelled to let others know of our lack of satisfaction through reviews. Still no call back. So this leaves me to say IF they were in business back when there was old fashioned customer service, they would not be in business long.

+ -1 moreWent very well. Corey and Robert arrived on time, diagnosed problem, advised Directv guy when he 28miraculously)arrived shortly later. Seem professional, efficient, fast and polite. Provided written response for all of my questions. Asked them to bid on more work. Cant comment on price yet as I have not received bill.

+ 0 moreI looked at several firms for this large project. I liked the personalized service that HTT provided. The owner, James Westbrook, visited our home personally. He listened during the pre-sales process to ensure that the system would meet our needs and I never felt that he was over-selling me. He provided detailed quotations with the pricing, so the process was transparent. The other providers did not come close to this experience. Then, HTT was very flexible with us on installation timing. They did a high quality job and the installation staff were courteous. I would personally recommend HTT to friends and family.
Description of Work: HTT provided full house home theater and audio services for us. They installed speakers in multiple rooms and a full SONOS audio system that is integrated with our iphones, IPADs, and Mac computers. They also installed 7 televisions and associated audio, including an outdoor patio environment. The environment is advanced and allowed us to keep all technology in a single wiring closet, so no extra wiring, cable boxes, etc and cluttering our home space. Then, the environment is fully automated and we can control FIOS TV, Apple TV, a Mac media server, and Blue Ray remotely through our iPhones, ipads, and Mac computers. They ran cabling as required. Overall, it is an amazing system.
