Cox Pool Service

Engaged Cox Pool Service for weekly maintenance & service in January 2021 thinking their slogan of "All you need to do is swim" was authentic. Bottom line is my pool was not inhabitable for the first 8 weeks of summer. Issues became worse & worse over time & there was always an excuse from them & a complete lack of responsibility. I paid $ 200+/- per month with understanding my pool would be cared for & all I need to do was enjoy it...such a sham. Pictures below are from the day I terminated our agreement & from 3 weeks after.

I have been using them for 7 years. Regardless of the weather, they are here. I am satisfied with the services provided.

I wrote the prior review. I ended up terminating service. His contractors can be spotty and service was intermittant. Mr. Cox went out of his way to make things right, but I got tired of lapses in service.

I contacted Cox Pool Service, and George answered the phone. He was very professional, and helpfull. He was here promptly and has gotten my pool into good shape. The pool look beautiful, not green. He was very helpfull and his employees are also very good. My pool sweep had to be replaced and he did it very quickly. I highly recommend him.

They do a good job for a fair price. I was paying a lot more for the same service with another provider.

I highly recommend Mike. He was great to me. His business is just really popular. I would tell others he's great to use. He may be limited as to how many new customers he will take currently. It could be dependent upon where you live and where his other jobs are located. He is just a great guy though and they do excellent work.

HE IS ALWAYS ON TIME. ALWAYS MAKES SURE HE CLEANS UP AFTER HIMSELF. VERY POLITE.
