The overall experience went well except when his workers inadvertently moved a column 5 feet to one side without checking. This threw off the visuals of the fence significantly from our patio and had to be fixed. Eduardo really surprised me when he asked me to pay for this mistake. This is why I give him such a low grade for professionalism. I was very clear about where the columns were to be placed and he admitted that it was his crews error and still he asked me to pay for the error. This is not good customer service and I refused. Our working relationship was never quite the same and I am quite sure had he been dealing with my husband he would never have had the nerve to do that. However, at the end of the day the end product was good. Eduardo's crews work very hard and produce quality work.

They messed up initially by cutting the cables for the sprinklers which caused a problem. They subsequently came back and fixed them though

I used this company to remove my old front walkway and install a new Oklahoma stone walkway. Based on that first experience, I knew I had to hire them to do my stone bed and mailbox. As with my first experience, my second was just as good. The mailbox and bed look fantastic and go perfectly with my front walkway. The crew arrived on time and completed the work in a day. Again, I highly recommend Chibli Stone Works. The owner, Eduardo, is great to work with and is super friendly and cordial. He has great ideas and makes sure everything is completed properly.

Everything was "GREAT". Eduardo Chibli replied to my request for a quote, the same day I'd asked for it. He was on time for our appointment, which was very important to me. I also work for a living and have to schedule my time to meet the contractors. I took 3 bids for this project and Chibli Stone Works was my most impressive bidder. He took the time to explain exactly what he intended to do in order to replace our "broken up " patio area. He also provided me with a couple of different design options. Once we decided on Chibli for the project, Eduardo scheduled us quickly. His crew was on time to start the project and completed it in two days. They cleaned up & hauled off everything at the end of the second day. My wife & I were very pleased with the whole experience. Everything went perfectly. Eduardo came on time and gave me an estimate along with some tips as to how the walkway should look. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The crew arrived on time and worked an entire 2 days to remove all of the old walkway, landing and porch brick. They hauled off all of the debris and completed both sections (the cement in the side yard and the entire new walkway) on the second day. The crew was professional and the result is an amazing front walkway that I've already received 3 comments on. Everyone loves it, as do I. The work was performed on time and exactly as estimated even though some of the work turned out to be more involved than both parties planned. I couldn't be happier and will definitely consider them again for any other stone work I need done.

Chibli Stone Works had a technician come out and give an estimate for our home. He was on time, pleasant, and professional. He was great at looking at all the details, and works for a great company.

This guy is FANTASTIC, had great crew do the work. He did small repair jobs that were not in his bid, would have been happy to pay but there was no charge. He did a great job.

Owner Eduardo Chibli came to our 13-year-old, 5,000 sq.ft. home and helped me with ideas for accomplishing our goal of highlighting the corners of the different areas of the home and the arch above the front door. I selected the stone and design or pattern, and after two weeks the stone was made and in two days the installation was complete. The installers did an excellent job and, very important to us, avoided damage to our newly-planted landscape. They were on time, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased and feel like it is a lot of bang for the buck in terms of added definition and updating to our home. Had I known it would be as pleasant and affordable an experience I would have done it before! Everyone who sees it remarks about how great it looks.

The crew Mr Chibli uses is extremely experienced. Watching his team work was like watching a well-oiled machine. In speaking with his crew, most had worked for Mr Chibli for a while, and really liked working as a team. You could tell it in how they worked together. They are also very skilled, and were able to complete the job in much less time than expected. Mr. Chibli himself is very calm, and very professional to work with. His team met the dates, or communicated as things changed, and kept wonderful records so that at the end of the job it was easy to ensure the final payment matched the services. The end product is fabulous. We are very pleased with the results, and it is still in great shape 2 years later.

Eduardo and his team did a great job of turning a design sketch into reality. They created a beautiful two level flagstone terrace with a curved walkway and two curved brick seating walls. These curved elements were difficult but they did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier with the new look and functionality. The team worked quickly, they were professional and paid attention to detail. I'm very satisfied with the outcome.

Eduardo (the owner) showed up on time and provided input to the overall design, build and layout of all three structures. Making changes as we discussed the total outcomes. I had the base drawings already developed through our home builder. These drawings were leveraged to "enhance" or make changes to the structures. Eduardo's team had the outdoor kitchen equipment plus the drawings to reference. Eduardo's quote was sent to us via email along with known changes. Payment plan was 50/50. 50% up front to start the project and 50% after the project was completed. The weather went bad so we had to wait a 2 to 3 weeks before work started. Once the work started everything went as planned. Eduardo's team worked well together, were clean and professional. All work was completed on time. Once completed Eduardo's team did a great job cleaning up after themselves. After some brief conversation with Eduardo's masonry crew I learned that one of the mason's had been working with Eduardo for 20+ years. A couple other key people had been working with Eduardo 17+ years. They told me that Eduardo was a really good guy to work for, etc. I enjoyed working with and communicating with Eduardo. He was easy to communicate with and self assured about the quality of their workmanship. I received top quality workmanship at a reasonable price. I would recommend Chibli Stone Works for all of your masonry needs.

We were very pleased with our experience with Chibli Stoneworks. Mr. Chibli responded promptly to our request for a bid. He came out and looked at our space, made recommendations, and gave us a bid with detailed pricing, which allowed us to decide which of the items on our 'wish list' we could do within our budget. We had a total of three quotes for the work and his was by far the most detailed, though the cost was almost the same as the others. He stood out because he just seemed to care more about making us happy and was willing to take the time to do the small things that make a big difference (like breaking down his estimate, explaining how different stone colors would complement our home, etc). He was able to get us on his schedule sooner than expected and the job was completed in one day. The workers on site did a good job; when we identified something that wasn't done exactly the way we wanted (but I feared it was too late to correct), we pointed it out and they re-did the work without any fuss. They cleaned up the work site and left everything looking great. Mr. Chibli came back at the end of the day to look it over, advised me on things like how long to stay off the porch and how to clean it, etc.. and collected payment (no payment was made until the job was completed). We plan to do more work in the future, and will definitely use Chibli again.

Eduardo was wonderful to work with. I worked with him to put in a flagstone patio and line the flower beds with stone to enhance the curb appeal of my son's new house. I am out of state, and he worked with me on the phone and then email with pictures and estimates to use in making my decision. He was as helpful as possible, genuinely interested in doing what I wanted to be accomplished. All the work was done quickly, everything cleaned up and the bill was exactly what he had quoted in the beginning. He will be my first call for any stone work I have done.

Nothing but high marks for Eduardo and his crew. His pricing was fair and he did what he told me he was going to do. He could have convinced me to spend a lot of money replacing the existing pool deck and installing a new one. However, the correct and more affordable decision was pouring and stamping concrete on the existing deck. I think he increased the value of my home 2X of what I spent with him. I definitely recommend Eduardo and would use him for any future concrete or stone work. Plus he's a great guy!

Very professional , fair price and punctual

He described in detail the work to be completed, the timing for the project and the complete cost. His crew worked diligently and cleaned up every evening before departing. The project took three days with a crew of five. The final product came out great and we are very pleased with the craftsmanship of the work!

Eduardo Chibli was amazingly professional and comprehensive in helping me draw up the plans and design for the fireplace. Their workers came and built the project within four days with no problems or delays. I would use them again for any flatwork or stonework of any kind.

The appointment went fine. We were looking to replace our back deck, which was literally falling apart. We have several big Oak trees in the area and wanted to discuss ideas for a new outdoor living space that would also preserve the Oak trees. Eduardo has some ideas, but ultimately, we opted to go a different direction. Though we discussed ideas, what we received in writing was more an estimate for work than a design.

Chibli did great work in building our wall and fence, it looks great. The crew was very professional and kept the job site clean during the project and upon completion. Would very much recommend.

Met with Eduardo who was very professional and really appreciated his time, but his workload was so heavy at the time he had to turn our request down for about 4-6 weeks. I might not have ended up hiring him because he couldn't do all the work involved, and I was looking for someone that was more turnkey, so we went with someone else.

Working with Chibli Stone Works met all my expectations and then some. Eduardo Chibli was very professional, prompt, skilled and produced all that he promised. The Chibli team of stone workers transformed my ordinary living room wall into a beautiful, warm stone wall. They arrived on time with my stone that I had personally selected at Chesshir Stone & Rock. After doing all the prep work, they started laying or stacking the stone. After completing the first several rows, I walked back into the room to determine if the pattern was going in the direction I desired. I had a personal vision and photographs to share which helped. After talking with Eduardo, a few adjustments were made and I was pleased. He also took time to meet with my designer to work on plans for our future exterior projects. I had three estimates and my selection was not only based on financial aspects but the combination of the contractor's professionalism, knowledge and my personal instincts. I enjoyed working with Eduardo because he knows so much. The fee was fare and very much worth it. We are in the midst of renovation and this is the first of three stone projects I have commissioned with Chibli Stone Works. I could not be happier. The living room wall transformed our home and we look forward to a new stone exterior entry along with an outdoor fireplace to be initiated within the month. I happily endorse Eduardo Chibli and his team who worked very hard to produced a beautiful interior wall and fireplace which is being admired by many. The Chibli experience met all of my expectations.

It went. I got absolutely nothing. I thought for $49 I'd at least get a written proposal or diagram.

I contacted Eduardo in June to discuss what I wanted done. He was very professional, and at first he was hesitant to commit to additional work because he was booked solid until August or September. I was in no hurry, and would wait if he was interested. He came out in June to discuss the project, gave me a few ideas, and quoted the job. We both agreed that he would call me in August when they were ready to begin. He called a few weeks earlier than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise He met with me to ensure we were on the same page on what was expected. It was a pretty large project which they managed to finish in about 3 days. Overall, I'm very happy with the quality work they did. My expectations were for a reasonable price, quality materials and workmanship, without cutting corners. I got exactly what I paid for. When they were finished, they cleaned up all debris, etc. I intend to use Chibli Stone Works on some future projects as well.
