Description of Work: Mr. Chibli came out to quote replacement of my wood deck with a stone patio. He was only able to quote me on the dimensions of the patio as he said he would have to have the deck removed before he could have a plan of action for the patio design. I found that unusual, as 2 other vendors didn't have a problem with envisioning a patio in that space. I helped Mr. Chibli measure the area and he was prompt in providing a quote the following day. I was very impressed with the photos of his work on his website - and was expecting to get some great ideas with his bid. But I was disappointed that he wasn't able to provide much with a "vision." I have yet to make a final decision on who I'll use for this project.

Description of Work: I called Mr. Chibli (Eduardo) because I needed to have a patio installed. I was not sure of my terms & told him that I wanted pavers, which, as it turned out, was the wrong name for what I wanted. But to go back a little, when I called Eduardo it just so happened that he was headed toward Fort Worth, where I live, so he actually just came by my house about half an hour after I called him! When I told Eduardo my needs & my budget, it turned out that I could not use his company, because they deal only with natural stone, which was beyond my budget. So Eduardo talked with me for at least thirty minutes about what kind of material would be the best for my needs & my budget & even called a supplier for me to get a price estimate! He did all this even though he himself was not getting anything from it, so to speak. He was great & a very great help!!!

Description of Work: Arrived VERY promptly for a free estimate

Description of Work: I contacted this company to set up an appointment for an estimate on replacing a retaining wall. In all, I contacted four companies that I read about on Angie's List. I spoke with a representative of this company and he was supposed to return my call after checking his schedule. Three days later and he has not returned my call. Customer service starts with the very first contact. Even if he returns my call, I would not trust this company to be responsive going forward and for that reason have to offer this negative opinion.

Description of Work: I made the mistake of hiring another contractor (not Mr. Chibli) to put a stone veneer on my fireplace. The work looked bad to me, but I needed an opinion from someone independent who was an expert in stone work. Mr. Chibli promptly answered all my questions and even took the time to look at photos I emailed to him. He was very polite and helpful.
