+ 1 moreCarpet Brokers is a small family-run operation. Occasionally there is mis-communication but they have never left me hanging. Their work is always super and their prices are great. We have used them for 15 years in our home, a rental home, and a relative's home. Will use them again.
Description of Work: New carpet in entire house. Carpet Brokers has also installed wood flooring and bamboo flooring in our home.

+ -1 moreTHE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WAS QUICK TO TAKE MY PRICING AND AVAILABILITY REQUEST OVER THE PHONE FOR TILE (NOT INSTALLATION) THAT I WAS NEEDING. THE PRODUCT WAS SOLD AT A GREAT PRICE AND DELIVERED ON TIME. IT WAS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE. OVERALL THIS IS A GOOD BUSINESS. HOWEVER NOT ALL BUSINESS ASSOC. WERE ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT MY PURCHASE SINCE INSTALLATION WASN'T A PART OF IT AND THE WAREHOUSE EMPLOYEES WERE NOT AS EXPERIENCED AS ONE WOULD HOPE WHEN LOADING A TON OF TILE INTO A PICKUP BOX, BUT THEY MANAGED TO GET THE JOB DONE WITH NO HARM.
Description of Work: NO WORK WAS PERFORMED. PURCHASED PORCELAIN TILE. I WOULD DO BUSINESS AGAIN.
