On time no front money completed on schedule small minor problem with broken valances hooks. Cleaned latex and oil base brushes in my yard and was using paint thinner on oil base brushes made a small dead spot. Gave a follow up report to office Mgr when she e-mailed me but never heard back on my concerns Lots of left over paint

Ryan the sales person promised us detailed prep work. It was not delivered at all .The patching was very sloppy and barely sanded at all. He stated we should not pay until we we're happy with the job. We were not happy and he became quite upset and insisted on payment. Our wrought iron was not prepped at all and when I expressed my total unhappiness with it and he basically said there was nothing he could do about it. He also added $500.00 to his estimate for material to replace the underside of our back patio roof. It was already included in the initial estimate.Ryan said " our house would look like a new house " when they finished. It looks like the same house with a bad paint job. To add insult to injury his crew used our side yard as a bathroom. Had they asked I would have gladly let them use the bathroom in our house.His supervisor Joe had a very unpleasant and totally uncooperative personality.

They did a great job. We received a detailed, reasonable quote right after meeting with the owner. The painters were professional, arrived in time, masked everything that needed it prior to painting after power washing and caulking and replacing some wood boards on the garage door frame. Completed job in 11 hours. Notrushing mind you, worked efficiently and we had great cool weather that day which was great! We are very pleased and would definitely hire again.

This team was totally professional. They were exceptional with the prep work, and completed a few extra carpentry repairs for me as well. I've received several compliments on the appearance of the house since they painted. 360 has my full recommendation for quality service.

Very thorough and professional paint crew. They made sure everything was covered and there was no overspray on areas not painted. They took their time preparing all surfaces and were not in a rush to get things done quickly and therefore did a very professional job. The painting looks great!

They arrived on time, masked all the areas that were to be painted and completed the job on time as discussed. Very pleased. Would use them again for future projects.

Poor customer service. Missed deadlines. Added cost once project started. Mediocre quality. Did not clean up afterwards. Credit card transaction failed because of the reps cell phone then hounded for payment the next day.

The job was done as promised and finished on time. Cost was a bit higher than we hoped but cabinets look great. If you are having your cabinets painted, don't stay in the house during the job. Fumes are very strong. Otherwise, painters were professional and cleaned up the job site quite well. We are pleased with the results.

Cost: Ryan came out to review the house, scope of work and elements of required painting. His lump sum bid was reasonable; his estimate was lower than another competitor. Schedule: In April-May, Ryan and his crew of painters met our schedule and worked late in the day as needed. The number of painters in crew was adjusted depending on Scope of Work on a given day. Communication: Owner Ryan came to our house daily to inspect work performed and ensure we were satisfied with quality of painting. Also reviewed the work to-be-performed on next day of painting. During their work, the painters listened to Owners��� comments and took effective action. Quality/Performance: 360o Painting���s focus was to ensure interior painting was ���top-quality���. They ensured furniture, tile floor and items inside the area to-be painted were covered in plastic with no damage caused by such painting. Re-Work: As minor defects in daily work were noted and marked, Ryan���s crew took prompt corrective action on such items to the satisfaction of Owners. Clean-Up: At the end of every day of work, the crew of painters took time to clean-up debris and areas impacted by their painting.
