Description of Work: My intention when moving into this 30 year old house was to have the air ducts cleaned. After two months in the house both my husband and I developed severe congestion and coughing. Mine was diagnosed as asthma. This was a huge surprise to me since I've never had allergies and certainly not asthma. This was the motivation to get the job done. There was only one review of air duct cleaners in my area so I called them. Jamie was very professional, a hard worker, and accommodating. He cleaned his vacuuming unit so that I could see how much dirt and dust he collected from this house. He inspected the ducting and found several leaks which he repaired. He inspected the compressors and found that one of them needs to be serviced in the spring. He also found that the entire duct system was filled with mold so much so that they needed their most concentrated chemicals to kill it. The night after the duct system was fogged my sysmtoms improved dramatically and my husband began improving. The cost to fog the ducts, $600, seemed excessive to me but worth the expenditure to rid the house of mold and to guard against future illness. I should at least have called other companies in the area to get their charges just for the sake of comparison but didn't. So I don't know how their rate to do the work compares with others in the area. Because I had read a positive review of this company on Angie's list I was confident that the work would be done satisfactorily.

Description of Work: Cleaned duct work on both sides of duplex.
